This agency is a Rip off I don't recoment to anyone becareful they sold me a package for vacation and was night mare . Then when u claim something they try to cover themselves. They don't want to hear u . They need to know how to treat customers and give the customers there rights. I HEARD OTHER COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE TOO. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STILL IN BUSINESS. IS AWFUL. 🤥👎

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Travel agent MARIA set up a trip with my mother for my birthday for MARCH 2020 and covid hit so we were not able to go and we expected a refund. NOT ONLY DOES SHE OWE MY MOTHER 3,500 DOLLARS STILL, she also does not answer her calls. Its been about 3 years. NOT TO MENTION SHE TOOK ABOUT 2 YEARS TO REFUND THE REST. AL WE HAVE IS 3,500 LEFT TO RECEIVE AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. Its giving SCAM. Very unprofessional. My mother is better than me, she has been kind and patient but ME, Im annoyed and frustrated cause at this point its a joke. I have been calling the establishment as well as her personal cell and none have answered or accommodated my mother or I. 0 STARS. STILL WAITING FOR THAT MONEY.

Horrible service! I tried to call to make a reversal for a trip, they put me on hold for 20 mins and then the call drop, I called again a person answered that they could not answer me and put me on hold for another 20 mins! I will never do business with them.
