No recommend it, the front person close the place half an hour before the regular time and big nasty attitude she told us she's close and she's just waiting for her Uber so come back tomorrow, nasty attitude for that kind of business.

Very rude employee. We were waiting on line and the lady said with an attitude she was on her lunch break. I” understand but I wasn’t sure if she was taking to me or someone on the phone. I ask her again and she reply back dindnt you heard and she said if you want wait if not leave.awful service

RUDE... I used Delgado Travel agency to send a package to a loved one in Ecuador. They never asked me where I wanted my package delivered. I assumed (since the clerk did not ask) that they would send it to the agency near where my family member lives (according to the mailing address). Instead, they sent it to one of their agencies that is farther away from where my family member lives. She's a handicap older person, so this is going to put her through some hardship.
When I called back the same night (after I realized they were going to send the package to a different location) to have them change the delivery address, they put me on hold, then hung up on me...RUDE...I continued to call to have them change the location, but they did not pick up the phone after that.
I called them back the following day and they said they could not change the destination of the package...RUDE
Funny (not), the day I dropped my package off, there was a woman complaining that the agency should have called her to pick up some money that a family member had sent to her, but when she had called the day before they hung up on her and after that she kept calling and they did not pick up the phone...
It sounded like the exact same tactic they used on me that evening. I guess they don't like dealing with customers' issues.
I guess Delgado Travel doesn't really care for their customers. It's "their way or the high way". Very bad customer service.
If I was able to give 0 star, that would be a more accurate rating...

The services are important. When it comes to customer service thank heaven there is one lady . The 1sr cashier as you come in that actually cares. While she took care of 3 customers. The others are still working on their 1st. Or plane ignore you. Union City. NJ. Good location

The girls needs more professionalism and smile to clients I have a bed experience in the past and its always when its not Manager in the store. remember provide an efficient customer service the Company grow and we have more opportunities to grow with the Co. Smile call may I help you, used a proper tone of voice and stop taking or checking you Cell when you have a customer in front of you means a lot for us.

This place is ok. For the services they provide and need there is no other place. Send money, receive money and send packages is ok. No manager on site. The recepcionist at times seems lost. You will see moody faces for sure. Just tell them ehat you need and get on with your life.

The service the office gives the public is horrible. They don’t answer the phones, if they do, they put you on hold for ever!!! They don’t apologize for the delays, and then they sound frustrated they have to speak to you on the phone. It’s not just one particular individual, it’s a pre-requisite for all the employees to be rude and disrespectful.
