I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. I was getting no luck finding an affordable round trip from Newark to Spain to visit an old friend and came here thinking last resort. Carla was an angel and in less than 15 minutes found me a direct flight for less than multiple stop flights that cost more! Thank you Carla will be back!

It was my first time going to this agency and was already given an attitude, super disrespectful and very disappointed. No one ever reached out to me about the information I needed. It was just all disorganized. Honestly I did a better service on booking my trip on my own then what this office had to offer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO TOM TOURS.

Honestly the worst agency. You'd think during these difficult time they'd help you, however they only care about their money and customer service is poor as well. They haven't reimbursed me back my money for a plane ticket that I never took due to Covid-19, when I tried talking to them, they started blaming each other, the accountant, the plane agency, etc and never gave me a real solution or answer. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, and they refused to give me their contact information. I am very disappointed and it is not fair that I lost almost $1500 for their negligence.
