If I could Give negative stars I would! I called today simple to gather information about a request date I submitted! It took MANYYYYYYY calls before I was I was Connected to a girl (I wish I had gathered her name in the beginning, lesson learned) as I’m in the midst of giving her my reason for calling she cuts me off and asks for my number on the account, issue number one, but I let It slide! She tells me about the chosen date being within the 30day window, so okay cool that’s on me I missed it be two days I’ll move on it’s my fault, so I continue to ask about the refund process and she’s like you can’t get it till after you travel, so I asked got just a second I wanted To grab the certificate cause I had A question and she like okay so you want the next date you put I’m like can you hold on I need Just a second I’m trying to get my papers? She starts trying to get cute nasty and I called her out telling her from the beginning she’s been rude and I didnt Call with a attitude or anything no raised voice not being smart just want understanding and to return the call that I had missed while at work, she then starts to tell me I must Be talking to someone else cause I’m not talking to her and I calmly Told her no I’m talking to you and the fact you’re giving me an unsolicited and unprovoked attitude! Then I say You know what I dont Have to talk to you put a manager on the phone and she says how about no then clicks off her phone and puts me back in the waiting-que lol! (I laugh cause ppl be real bold behind a phone) I called back and talked to who was supposedly the manager (Jasmine) and I can See why the employee had no problem being rude on the phone with a customer cause the manager was very similar in the way she dealt with things! And trying to be a smartalic and have a rebuttal for everything I said! They get ppl with the 50$ (which I dont Care if I forfeit It or not) my concern is the support these ppl get and the disrespect they give to their customers and the lack of professionalism they display as a whole! The fact I sat Here and wrote all this out (which I never do reviews like this even if I have a bad experience somewhere) but this was a very unnecessary encounter that could have easily been avoided if this company was all about customer service and professionalism, so take this as a warning when dealing with these ppl and dont expect nothing from this agency but moody attitude driven females!

My family and I contacted this agency in 8/22 for a vacation in 12/22. Initially Kathy worked hard and was in contact with us, answering every email, returned calls etc. Once we finally booked and she received our money she was not so accommodating. We had an issue returning back from our trip on a non stop flight that we paid for and up until this date we have not be compensated and the last email I sent Kathy advising that our compensation was denied , which she stated we would receive, she has yet to respond to my email sent 4/25/23. My family and I travel often and she has definitely lost customers. We had a party of 18 people return from a trip to Ghanna and the travel agent called " US" upon our return to ensure everything went smoothly. Her customer service after she received our payment sucked and I will never recommend her agency.

The staff helped my daughter and I book a wonderful trip of a lifetime!!! We were in Nice, France for 5 days then took a cruise from Spain to Italy and Monte Carlo. It was fantastic! Kathy, my sister puts her heart and soul into helping everyone have a great time.

there has yet to be a professional phone call with these people. they are all rude because the phone lines are not recorded. the whole call they are trying to find a way out of doing work.

We used Executive Tour and Travel two times and will use them again and again. We highly recommend them. Personal touch with big time and professional services. They put together a quick high end trip for us to Punta Cana over Thanksgiving Holiday last year. They planned everything out for us, explaining every detail and the trip went smoothly. Great value and we got all we paid for as expected. Our second trip was to the Amalfi Coast, Italy. This was for our Wedding. Karen Grimm, our travel agent was very patient with us, and helped set everything up to our high expectations. We tend to be very picky, but Karen Grimm never grew weary and stayed on it until she got everything we wanted. Once on the ground in Italy, their were a few hiccups (not Karen’s fault) and she helped us remotely resolve the issues perfectly. One time, we needed an private driver at the last minute and Karen found us one. Once we got home, Karen Grimm kept working with us to seek a refund from the terrible airline United Who canceled our flight and took our seats that we paid extra money, but Karen got our money back. Karen also helped us with our travel insurance for reimbursement on the extra hotel that was needed to due United’s terrible service. If you are traveling anywhere, call Karen Grimm
