We worked with Anna from SPMS and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I'm a choir director who took about 300 high school students across state lines and needed somewhere to house them overnight for a competition. Anna took care of this swiftly and found two nearby hotels for us to stay in. She connected us with the property managers and was in the loop the entire reservation process. When we arrived, there was even a "good luck!" poster to welcome our mass of students. I'm glad she took a lot of work off my plate, as searching for hotels for that many people would normally be a nightmare. I highly recommend their services!

Lauren went out of her way to accommodate us. The initial email I sent was Friday after 5pm. All notices stated I'd hear back Monday morning, but she communicated back with me and helped us out THAT evening!!
