We are so grateful for the help of our wedding coordinator, Judy. We were nervous about remotely planning a wedding in a city we didn't know - that changed after our first meeting with her! We could tell we were in good hands. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure our big day was everything we wanted.
TEC coordinated all the essentials for our event: linens, food, wait staff, bar staff, music, setup in the morning through cleaning at the end of the reception. Judy walked us through all the details and didn't miss a thing. She even made sure we discussed items beyond our TEC package, like flowers and photos, and was able to recommend some wonderful vendors for those services.
Things went perfectly the day of our wedding. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Aside from a brief huddle first thing in the morning, I was free to focus on getting ready with my bridal party. Everything was handled. It was really nice that us and our families were able to just enjoy the day. There's nothing about it I would change.

Fantastic place. Very clean, extremely professional. Our host went above and beyond for my aunts 50th anniversary. At first glance, the gallery seems small, however there was plenty of room for all our guests, with room to spare for dancing. My only complaint was leaving. I didn't want to 😊. Keep up the amazing work, as I look forward to returning for our next family event.

From the planning to the price and the execution of our family celebration, every aspect was handled with professionalism and care. We were excited to have our event in the newly renovated space. Having attended business events there, I was confident things would go smoothly, but it turned out even better than I expected. So many compliments from friends and family. We used Event Connections' all inclusive travel package for our wedding. They were our main vendor for our wedding at the Rosewood Manor, and did everything from set up, catering, music, decorations, etc. They made sure my wedding was perfect, and that everything was executed perfectly. I highly recommend Event Connections whether you are using their venue, or their all inclusive travel package like we did! It was amazing.

If you are thinking about having your wedding here “DON’T”
I would NOT recommend this venue to any one due to the poor service.
Kirsten B. the event specialist was very rude and unprofessional. She showed no compassion for the Bride or Wedding party. The day of the wedding, the steam press was not working and Kirsten’s comment was “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” The wedding party arrived and Kirsten did not welcome them or assist them in any way, she told them the dressing room was upstairs to the left. However it was actually walking into a maze trying to find the rooms. It was too much trouble for Kirsten (the event coordinator) to physically direct the party to the dressing rooms. WOW….
Because Kirsten B. (the event specialist) failed to communicate, orchestrate, organize and follow-up with the vendors and staff, it created very poor service such as the following:
 The DJ had no idea what music to play, the stereo equipment was not working properly and the DJ did not show up for the wedding rehearsal.
 The slide show was missed/overlooked.
 Tables were not set up correctly
 The Bar Tender was rude and not friendly
 WE purchased a cage of Beer, however, the Bar Tender could not open did not have a TAP so we purchased one and he still could not open it……
 And the list goes on but I will stop here you get the idea….
So for these reasons I would not recommend this venue; however, the food was good and the venue décor.

Kirsten Bradley from Event Connections was an invaluable resource. She helped us gather what we needed from the right vendors. She searched for the right price, the right timing and the right products (like tables and chairs!) Even on the day before the wedding, when we realized bistro tables would add a lot to the venue, she worked to make it happen. She was invested in the reception, and made sure we were happy with what we had chosen. Her personal touch and concern for us as a family, planning a memorable event, made Event Connection seem less like a phone call and more like a lifeline. I was so grateful for their customer service, and will from now on, always use them for events.
