Traveling with a high school group, we got a few rooms here when a nearby hotel dropped the ball and could not accommodate all of us. Everything here met or exceeded expectations. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a good spread for breakfast - plenty of options.

Rooms are very worn and are dirty. The bathroom tub surround area was gross. I didn’t even want to shower in it but had too. Hairs in the tub surround walls as well. It is definitely not up to the standards you would expect from a Marriott. Also the parking lot and hallway lights are so bright there is no way to get the room dark. I tried stuffing towels around the gaps but nothing would work. It felt like morning in the room all night long.

Our room was filthy. Carpet stained, ceiling in bathroom covered in mold, floors between night stands looks like it's never been vacuumed. Sheets, pillows, and bathroom linen were extremely clean.
Staff at the desk were very nice.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites is an exceptionally clean hotel. From the hotel grounds, to the lobby, the pool & work out room, all the way to your room.
The rooms: The double queen rooms are very spacious. The king rooms are much smaller & feel a little cramped.
Their breakfast is probably one of the best I've experienced! Every day the menu offers something different. From croissant sandwiches to little individual quiche cakes. They also provide a multitude of breakfast bars.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, a special shout out for Alexandria, Sofia, and Chelsea. All 3 wonderful & exceptional people.
I travel a lot and this is one of my favorite places to stay.

This was not a great experience. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm to find no one at the front desk. We waited about 5 minutes, looking around for someone and calling out. Then we called the hotel’s direct phone number, but it went unanswered. Finally, a young man came ambling down the hall into the lobby, dressed in jeans, a hoodie and a ski cap. He checked us in, but he was mumbling and we could hardly understand him. He couldn’t have cared less that we were there, nor that we had been looking for him for quite a while. The hallways and the elevators were dirty – looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Our room was reasonably clean, except for the shower. The handle was sticky and there was hair, rust and mildew in the shower itself. There was a huge gap under our door – we stuck a towel into it. Breakfast the next morning was OK. There were lots of toppings for cereal, but no yogurt or fresh fruit anywhere. There were a few unkempt people manning the front desk, but they were more interested in talking amongst themselves than in being attentive to their guests. We were glad to leave and wouldn’t recommend this property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a huge walk-in shower. Water pressure was phenomenal!

The location was convenient just off of the highway. Close to lots of food options and gas.

Solid 3 star out of 5. My wife made the reservation, and she says it was difficult to find anything in the area with a decent review.

They need a checklist for the rooms. Shower soap (pump bottle) was jammed, as was the shampoo. Burned out light bulbs in the lamps. Those things can be caught off someone is checking for them.

The biggest issue is that there are bright lights outside over most of the 1st floor rooms... and the curtains can't be drawn to block the light.

The sheets were rough and itchy feeling, bed pillows were cheap and flat as soon as I rested my head on it and the shower floor was filthy (refused to use it). If I hadn’t been so tired from traveling, I would’ve been restless all night. When we first arrived, we were almost turned away (at 3a) bc of a computer issue that prevented us from being checked in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The gentleman was friendly and our room seemed alright until we had to actually use it.
