Jennifer Fried works quickly and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She was able to switch our location from Cancun to Punta Cana 36 hours before our flight was scheduled to leave. We switched 7 days in a tropical storm to 7 days 100 and sunny thanks to her hustling scheduling new flights including choosing our seats and getting one of the best rooms at the resort. She recommended buying the travel insurance when we booked 6 months ago and was worth its weight in gold. Thank you Jennifer.
