Room was filthy. Jelly on cupboards. Fridge and freezer filthy. Floors dirty. Never tried shower was to dirty to use. Receptionist was sweet upon check in and helpful in helping open doors to rooms when 2 out of 3 rooms in our group had issues.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Room smelled bad and there was an ashtray in a non smoking room. This place is full of nasty people who live there and spread bed bugs. Upon walking in I took a wipe and wiped the floors and all the surfaces and the wipe was black and gross. The walls also were not clean and there were stains from God knows what on it, underneath the air conditioner unit there was trash. Also the lock on the door was broken. Really need to get housekeepers who know how to clean. The only good thing about the stay was the bed it was pretty comfortable .

Reserved a last minute room for two days. All other hotels were completely booked. The photos online looked nice so I was hopeful. The room smelled old and musty. The window unit was filthy and made the room smell like old cigarettes. We tried leaving it off for as long as we could but it got very cold since we’re in the fall. The bathrooms were filthy and couldn’t be used. The sink is obviously clogged with a past guests hair from shaving. We checked out early in the morning the next day and showered at a family members house. Waiting on a refund for the unused night. My kids and I woke up with totally stuffed noses because of the dust and poor air quality in room and the dirty window unit. The front desk person was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately the room was gross.

I checked in, got all my stuff somewhat unpacked and went to shower, the shower did not work, I called the office there was no maintenance man and they could not switch rooms and wouldn't even let me shower in an empty room. The person said it would go in the maintenance log or whatever, i had a long stressful day yesterday, i come back the shower still wasn't fixed, it was late I was tired I crashed, when I went to the office in this morning I was trying to tell the GM what was going on, she was very defensive and I asked about a refund for the lack of shower , she said she wasn't refunding anything. So message to said GM....Do better, your rooms are filthy, your attitude was atrocious and I hope you learn and do better.

Rooms aren't too bad, but bathrooms are tiny. Friendly staff and Sheli is very helpful. There is a fee, but pets are allowed. Has a small kitchen/eating area, window that opens, and a decent amount of space (other than bathroom). Fair warning, bit expensive. Overall, it's felt kinda like home for the last week

Rooms are clean and smell clean, but then I had a non-smoking room. Carpets need cleaned, but that's a minor issue. Most staff are friendly and helpful, some lack customer service skills.
Location is Ideal!! Close to 90 East 90 West and 271.
Pet friendly, for a small fee.
All rooms have a medium sized fridge with freezer, as well as a small kitchenette sink and a two burner stove top!
Everything you need for a comfortable stay while away from home.

Filthy rooms only surface cleaned smelly overgrown with mold everywhere it's not even safe it disgusting along with the service which wasnt much to call home about...seriously a huge joke dnt waste your money

Room was fine. Everything we needed except for pots and pans. For some reason you can purchase them but not rent them. I can understand buying if you're moving in for an extended stay but they should rent them for people like us that are only here for a week. That would make more sense. The room was large enough that the bathroom really could be bigger and not take anything away from the room.
