Diana and her team was one of the best things that I did for myself and sanity on my wedding day. I pretty much gave Diana ideas on what I wanted/ things to look, but I let her and her team run with it. It was the best money that I spent towards the wedding! We met the week prior to my day to go over everything. She was super easy to work with and knew my wedding was in good hands after the meeting. I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant everything looked. Its a week later and people that didn't even attend my wedding but seen it through pictures are complimenting how nice everything looked. The venue literally took my breath away when I finally got to walk in and see everything. Day of Diana reached out when she arrived on site and when they left. Thank you Diana and team for all your hard work!

Literally the first thing I did the morning after our daughter's engagement was contact Diana to tell her we would be needing her services. I had been to too many ceremonies and receptions where I watched the mothers of the bride and groom running around like crazy women trying to attend to every detail and issue that popped up. I knew I wanted to enjoy the day and savor, not stress, over every moment. Diana and her team did not disappoint. She takes care to make sure every vendor is on the same page. The small details made the biggest difference (the timeline cards for the bridal party with her name and number for emergencies, which unfortunately one groomsmen did need to use-but Diana handled the situation and I was none the wiser until after the ceremony-again, leaving me stress-free)! I am still not sure how she hunted down my missing cell phone-but again, something I didn't have to deal with. As I write this review I am thinking of all the things that "almost went wrong" but didn't because she was on top of it all. Do not hesitate to contact and work with Diana-she is amazing!

If you've ever wondered "do I really need a wedding planner or coordinator"? The answer is YES (super yes) and Diana is the woman to pick! From the moment my fiance and I decided we wanted a less-than-traditional surprise wedding, we thought some help would be nice, so we called Diana. She was AMAZING and we knew during our first consultation that we were going to book her. Throughout the planning process she was always available to answer any questions and help us through. She supplied us with an online wedding planning tool that we used in tandem to record every detail - and it kept my lists, charts, questions, budget, ideas, and contracts all in one place. She was constantly in contact with all of our vendors, making sure everyone knew our timeline, where to go, what to do, and who to call. Whenever I would start to get overwhelmed I would just send her a text and she was always there to reassure me. The day before our wedding she went above and beyond by helping us set up our venue. The day of the wedding she was constantly moving around, checking in, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything was on schedule. She made everything absolutely SEAMLESS. All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful and amazing our wedding was, and we could never have done it without Diana!

Diana was great! We were having a hard time finding someone, and Diana came recommended. She was very responsive and professional. She made the ceremony very personable and exactly what we wanted. Her questionnaire was very detailed which made the ceremony that much more intimate. She really is there to make your wedding ceremony exactly how you want it! Highly recommend 🤍

When I was overwhelmed by the idea of learning the wedding industry before spending more money than I'd ever spent in my entire life, I found Diana. And because of that, my husband and I actually enjoyed wedding planning and our wedding day.

I found Diana through a Facebook group and after vetting several of the recommendations, it was Diana's experience and commitment to personalization that led me to working with her.

Diana created a wedding day where at the end of it, my husband and I said "this felt like OUR wedding."

She:
*heard our ideas, and cultivated lists of vendors for us to choose from that fit our budget and didn't overwhelm us with options
*kept us within budget the entire time, even having coupon codes or planner discounts for us to take advantage of
*has an incredible working knowledge of the industry and the details (do YOU know how to rent linens? I don't.)
*responded promptly and in detail to any panicked emails or silly questions we had along the way
*found us a gay DJ when we specifically asked for one (to reflect our taste in music and support a vendor in the community)
*provided a digital platform for us to organize all of our wedding details: budget, guest list, seating chart, vendors, etc.
*reviewed all of our invitations, save the dates, and other orders to give us peace of mind that we did it correctly
*created signage, tickets, and visuals that elevated our day

MOST IMPORTANTLY, Diana heard our vision and our values and made it a reality. We had a big, gay wedding where the tables were named after our favorite pop stars and each guest stopped at "will call" (one of her incredible staff) to pick up their "ticket." We served Cleveland Vegan to signal our vegetarian lifestyle. We got married in an urban art gallery that she found. We had the Kelsey Elizabeth cake we wanted. We were dressed in chocolate brown and dusty yellow suits, flanked by bridal parties in terra cotta and dusty blue. We had desert foliage and succulents as pocket squares. The day was OURS.

Diana provided us structure and comfort during a very stressful time. I've said to my husband so many times this year:

"Diana is the best money we've ever spent." And I mean it.

Having Diana as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made! Although her main focus was day-of coordination, she was with us every step of the way throughout our planning process. She provided guidance, encouragement, and a TON of valuable resources to make our planning easier. She always had a solution to our problem and really made the last few months leading up to the wedding a breeze. She handled almost everything the day of our wedding which allowed for our friends and family to enjoy the day with us. I cannot recommend Diana and her services enough. She is wonderful to work with!!

Diana is the absolute best! I originally did not hire a wedding planner but when our wedding plans were completely changed secondary to COVID, this left us with 5 weeks to plan an entirely new wedding, in a completely different state! Diana was absolutely amazing. She found all of our vendors, which were all incredible. She was always available, extremely efficient, responsive, professional and extremely organized. On the day of the wedding, she was the glue that held everything together. I literally did not have to worry about one thing - except enjoying my special day. The best part too is that you can tell she truly loves what she does. She hands down made my wedding the best day of my life (and again planned the entire wedding within a 5 week period). I would recommend her without reservation to anyone - she is the absolute best!

I used Diana for wedding management and honestly if I could go back in time, I would get the full-service planning. I immediately felt at ease placing my wedding in her hands and right from our first meeting she gave me so much advice and ideas which solved so many concerns looming in my brain. Not to mention, as bride coming into town from Los Angeles, she spent the time to make sure we were in communication and made the whole process effortless.
