BEWARE THE MANAGER WILL SCAM YOU.

When we had went the room had broken down, sensors were peeling off of props and not functioning, digital props were displaying error screens and our game master was a young kid who was rude from the get go who had even asked if we would reschedule so he could leave early. Whenever we asked for a hint it was either for something we had completed or he gave us a literal answer to the next puzzle. The room was not reset properly as we did not have all the pieces we needed for a puzzle and our game master even came into our room and said ‘I don’t know where the others are’.

Due to our poor experience I had left feedback and we were offered return tickets by the manager and told to call her when we wanted to redeem them. It was a month or two before we tried to redeem them as our group has wildly varying schedules, except when we messaged her we received a text back stating ‘I’m sorry I think you have the wrong number’. This happened to EACH group member. When we had gone again to go bowling and tried another room (full price) our game masters were much better that day and deserve the world, and they had even informed us that YES WE HAD THE RIGHT NUMBER. The manager will promise you to make things right and then ghost you the moment you remove your negative review. Do. Not. Fall. For. It.

We have had great experiences previously. However, today we did an escape room with numerous issues. 1) the marker for the white board was taken by the host. Immediately we called to rectify the situation but a clue was given instead. 2) we were locked in a room for 20 minutes. There was a button marked “exit” but it didn’t work. There was also a camera in the room we were locked in but either the hosts were not using it or it worked as well as the “exit” button. We continuously motioned to the camera, tried the “exit” button and made loud noises to indicate we were trapped but no one came to check on us until the time expired. The hosts did apologize but nothing else was done for this inconvenience that lasted for 1/3 of the time.

Super fun night out with friends! We managed to figure out “the language” the room was speaking to us…lol… and we saved the world by discovering the Anitidote!! Nice staff, cool effects…we enjoyed it and recommend it!

Two friends and I did what they listed as the hardest room: Mansion Murder, with a 24 percent escape rate. We escaped with only 1:27 left. We used all 3 clues and overall really enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere is the general lobby was fantastic. Even though this place is in a bowling alley, it was really well done. The room itself was good. There were some wires showing here and there and some wear and tear from some items but couldn't complain, all the mechanisms worked.

Very nice and clean. Although my one objection is that they locked me in a room and I had to find my way out... Not exactly fun for claustrophobic people...

I was very impressed with these escape rooms. Very well put together and very challenging. Themes are original and unique. It was also nice to have a larger facility attached with more activities. This place is great for families, and friends/groups. They also have two bars with a decent draft selection. The private party room also has its own bar, and several private bowling lanes.
