Bed was extremely comfortable to the point I want to know what it is so I can buy one for home. Local wineries were excellent. The time of the year kind of stunk. March is probably not the best time to fully enjoy everything. I do wish the highland cows could spend some time by the lodging area. Even if it was scheduled. Otherwise fantastic view. Cabin was excellent with the fireplace. 99.9 stars out of 100. We stayed in the lakeside chalet.

We absolutely loved our stay at SRF... we were there just one night to visit wineries in the area, but we very much enjoyed the grounds and hot tub (when the wineries weren't open!). The bed was super comfortable, and the fireplace awesome. I'd just recommend a few little touches to make it an A+ experience... more Kaurig selections (only Breakfast and decaf were provided), better quality toilet paper, actual hot tub towels (rather than just the few small white bath towels), soft throw blankets (rather than the two scratchy ones), and slightly better tv instructions (I actually just ended up using Airplay from my phone). I didn't notice that the fridge was turned off when we arrived, so our ice melted all over the freezer and our beverages were not kept cold. As I mentioned, these are just the small touches that would have moved a solid A to a perfect A+ stay.

We had a great stay at Standing Rock Farms! The property is beautiful and up to date. The Ranch Houae was perfect and had everything we needed. They take great pride in doing things the right way.

Standing Rock Farms is very nice. We stayed in the BP Lodge. It was only 60 degrees when we came in so it took a while to get comfortable. They have a full kitchen with everything you would need to be cooking. A few things to note:
*Bring your own ice.
*There are two blankets and they're VERY scratchy.
*The front door is half window and for some reason has no covering and is right next to the bathroom. Not very private for sure.
*The TV is above the fireplace and is very awkward to watch from the couch.
*They're not at all accommodating with late check out requests.
*The bed is comfortable.
*The hot tub is terrific.
*Great blue tooth speaker
*It's in a great location

Absolutely stunning property and location! Popped up on my social media and decided to splurge on a romantic night away. We stayed in the BP Lodge which was beautifully decorated with a lot of classy touches (except for the average bath towels). Utilized the fireplace and the hot tub, made for a cozy winter stay.
We even had a family of deer visit out our window in the morning hours.

My only big complaint would be the check out time of 10:00am. Considering the cost to rent the cabin and you cannot check in until 4:00, I feel a 10:00 check out is quite unreasonable.

Me and my girlfriend had to postpone our trip due to a snowstorm - they were very helpful and moved my reservation one day back and even upgraded our cabin. The cabin was beautiful and luxurious. We can't wait visit again. The cows were cute too.

Just got home from a two night stay in Cabin 4 and it was beautiful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the hot tub was perfect and relaxing. There is a lot of things to do around the area as well. I'm so glad I went with this company.

I surprised my husband with a trip here for his birthday. We were very excited to come. We absolutely loved it but there are a few things I wish that were different. For instance, the cabin we stayed in was beautiful but the floors were dirty, we’d walk in our socks and after a little the bottom of our socks were black. The bed was itchy and felt as if they were never washed, the bathroom sink still had residue of gunk from the tenants before. It was a perfect night for a fire but they forgot to cover our fire pit so it was too wet to start one. Overall the place was beautiful but for the price that was paid I expected better hospitality.
