This venue is adequate for small parties (I believe there’s room for 125 people). Be advised, however, that it comes with no amenities. There is no cooking facility (which is clearly stated on the website), in addition, I was told by the owner that the use of a coffee pot had a fee as well as using the refrigerator. It was cold on my event day, so I was able to put a few things on the small back stoop. I gave owner the requested deposit at the time of booking, paid in full two days before the event. I did not hear back from him for nearly 3 weeks to get my deposit returned and I had to call him. Most times when I rent a venue, refrigerator, coffee pot and serving pieces are included. In light of the fact that there is a security deposit, I would think these items would be included. Any damage could be taken from security deposit.
