I will always recommend this organization. In my time of need, they made me feel less ashamed and guided me on steps I could take to better my situation, but also provided me with personal hygiene supplies and bill assistance when things were tight. The team at PIH is amazing.

I use too think highly of this organization, but now have nothing good too say about them. They are turning and refusing assistance too those in need. I was told seek help elsewhere, and in future. Come back the help needed will be there. So I call when that need arised, was told come on in, bring pay stubs, electric bill.. and they literally told me look elsewhere.

0 stars if I could. I’ve been meaning to write this review. I’ve been into their new office once. It’s beautiful, but the people in there are rude. They have zero filter. I recall Sonia speaking with another person and assumed she wasn’t from America based on her looks. I won’t repeat what she said, but the young girl quickly responded, “I was born in America, not China.” And Sonia dismissed it because she knew she was in the wrong.

When I heard of Partners in Hope I only ascertained that they may be able to help me obtain a new copy of my birth certificate, which they did. But I started explaining my situation, being disabled, impoverished, and without hope... They immediately volunteered to help me obtain my s.s. card and I.D. as well as help me find a better home, of my own, to reside in. They also gave me a ride to accomplish all this the same day. I was astonished, and though my particular case is ongoing, they've been a beacon of hope for me. The passion and fulfillment that resides in them has been inspirational.
