we had a little staycation for one night, we stayed in a queen suite and had a good night at the pool. The Customer service was amazing, Rocky was the one helping us at the front with check in and all of our needs/Accommodations. the only big issue I had was the cleanliness of the room itself. the drain for the bathtub was missing, the floors had food and crumbs all over, and the beds had hair and other dirt left in it.

The suite we stayed in was a 4 bed suite and it was a nice size for our family. It was fairly clean and decent for the price. However, when we arrived we found out their nice pool area has been closed down since August. There was no notice of this on their website and we booked this hotel in part for use of the pool. They either need to get this fixed or put a very obvious notice of this on their website.

wow u guys this is the best experience with a choice hotel besides the fact that they need to have 2 employees they shouldn't be forcing 1 person to help at the desk and cook food take out trash im sorry to the employee that has to do the job of 4 people. so you could easily understand why it didn't get a perfect score. please think about your employees if there getting paid less then 20 an hr. then you should have more than 1. and always treat everyone like they are about to give you a score.

Very helpful and honest. It snowed overnight. The guy at the front desk brought us a broom to help clean off our van. While we were cleaning and loading up the van (it took awhile), the girl who cleaned our room came down and brought us something my son left in the room (something very expensive which she could’ve just kept for herself).

I needed a bed to sleep in, and Comfort Suits said say less. They were the only hotel willing to take a same-day midnight check-in, and the continental breakfast saved me tons of money. Staff were friendly and efficient. When visiting family in the area again (or just needing a place to sleep between places) I will definitely be staying here again.

Just needed a hotel passing through ohio... we picked the best one we could have.
Excellent staff. Excellent rooms and beds. Quiet. Breakfast and coffee in the am. 5 stars for sure

Positive: "" Negative: I have staying that this particular Hotel many times during 2024. This time I was very disappointed from the upkeep of the. They look like they never been cleaned from the previous persons. Here on the sheets. Food on floor. Dusty, Tub very dirty.
