Horribly ran. No one will call you back, no one wants to answer calls and takes over a week for them to respond to your messages. When you do finally get a response in the portal, they give you an arbitrary update. You have to physically go there and put them on the spot. When you do speak with them face to face, they lie right to your face and give half truths about what is going on with the case then shoe you out in less than 5 mins. Not a father friendly state organization. At least not Miami Co. Awful.
Very mismanaged and they need to get folks in there that care about the job instead of punching a clock. We have paid over 2k in fees to this organization and they do not even tell you how the monies are disbursed. Again, money hungry and all about the mothers in spite of courts judgment to terminate due to custody changes. They take their time with those orders but are quick to take that money. Shame, shame.

They are money hungry. My wife died in 2017 and they are still taking child support from me and my daughter is 21. Try to talk to someone but all you get is computer bullcrap. They wont even give my allorney the time of day. Filed a law suit and cant get a court date. I am coming for you miami county

Poorly ran facility! I've showed them documents proving my ex husband lied about his finances and mine, but they have denied my appeal 2x due to the fact, my ex husband thinks $2,000 a month is fair! Of course he is the recipient.

Hey dads, good luck. These people are out to screw you over.
Even if you kid doesnt so much as say hi, bye, or go to hell to his mom and lives with you and is being supported solely by you, they will still do their best to screw you over.
This includes, but is not limited to, taking your license, harassing you with mailings, and other things.
And also, in their book, even if your like me where my son lives with me at all times, i feed him, bought his car, clothes, shoes, and food, they will still try to ruin your life. Period.
This system is a screwed up joke set up to help worthless women continue to be worthless.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I was never informed of any court proceedings once so ever and never formally informed of court rulings until over a YEAR afterwards. When I was already so far behind I will never ever have a chance to catch up. Cannot contact anyone or get any kind of help.

Terrible communication and poorly run department. No contact info available and next to impossible to reach should you have any questions. You are literally at their mercy. After 14 years and being at the mercy of their mistakes on two different occasions, the end has finally come for me to have to deal with these people. Good riddance.

Completely unjust agency that does whatever they want without communication or regard for individuals life circumstances. They wreck peoples’ lives instead of arranging solutions for fair and reasonable determinations.

Bad customer service..you have to talk with a computer and give them all your info just to wait 3 4 days until someone calls you back. Then if you miss the call you have to do it all over again just to say "i missed your call" then 3 days later someone "may" call you back
