The Manalay seems like good fit for Safety Experts breakfast meeting. Our group came from a downtown Dayton hotel were the parking was less than desirable. Parking is ample at The Manalay and getting to the venue off I75 was easy. The room was a good fit for our size and the video screen could be seen from around the room. The breakfast buffet was not very hot and this is the reason I gave a 3 star for this visit. I am sure management got feedback on the breakfast and will rectify the issue.

Molly is wonderful! The food is wonderful and always set up so elegantly. We had a great time the other month at the Dayton Business Hall of Fame. Thank you for a good experience!

The Mandalay is always a great venue for large events. The reception room is a bit small for having 75 people plus tables for food, but the main room was nice. The chairs are comfortable and the linens were very nice. The food was chicken, vegetables and the sauce was nice. The butter selection was impressive. The restrooms were clean and parking was easy.

Joyce was amazing to work with. She got us booked on short notice. They provided the catered breakfast, she took care of having a projector and screen set up for us, tables were set up and taken care of. Everything was perfect. Room was a good size and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They took care of clean up as well. We will use them again for our next event. Thank you!

I had my wedding reception at the Mandalay on 10-6-18. Everything was absolutely perfect. My contact person was Joyce Spurling and she was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was so patient with us and made sure every request I made was granted! The food was perfect. Melvin is an amazing chef! The servers and bartenders were so attentive and my guests appreciated that, with a group size of 180. We can't thank the Mandalay staff enough, for making our special day a huge success. Thank you!

I was married here and it was not what I was promised. The food was good, but they messed up my menu and forgot to make a whole side dish. I was never compensated for this. I was promised an employee would be there to oversee the wedding and no one was there. I was told they would bring champagne to the bridal room while we got ready and my mom had to go track someone down and they gave it to us 10 minutes before I walked down the isle. The room was very dark and pictures where hard to take. They served cake to only half my guests and only gave 3 out of 5 tables the wine we had picked for the toast. So if you decide to go with them I would make sure you have everything they promised in writing. The owner was very nice though.

Not very clean.... no warm water in bathroom or soap! Food was mediocre at best... very dated decor. Uncomfortable chairs
