Worked with Caity to book our cruise and she is amazing! She was able to help us transfer from another agency over to her and saved over $800 on the cruise, plus got total vacation insurance coverage for the entire trip! She helped us plan out our excursions and even went as far as lining up a personal driver and covered the cost of the entire days excursion! She even checked us in for our flight as we had no service on the cruise to make sure we had good seats on our flight home. Highly recommend New Dimensions Travel and ask for Caity! She's absolutely incredible!!

Absolutely outstanding service! We could not have asked for better care. Very highly recommended. I don’t know why anyone would go somewhere without using their services. The airline even tried to modify our flight home, and Catie was following it! She notified me and got it fixed! Service above and beyond!
