Horrible experience! I ordered car seat/stroller which was not delivered! After speaking to customer service I was told it would take up to 30 days for them to investigate to SEE if they can re-send the package or refund me! Like my grand daughter will wait to be delivered! Terrible customer service!

Horrible. Don’t buy from them. If you have to return, you have to pay for shipping and it’s half the price of the product. Plus their products are being reviewed for safety concerns.

I have the Evenflo All4One DLX 4-In-1 Convertible Car Seat for about a year. The foam from the headrest broke.

We do not know how. We bought what we think is the replacement piece two weeks ago. It said it was going to be shipped 3-5 business days. After two weeks, it is still not even shipped (just the label for the shipping has been created). I wrote two emails to Evenflo and got no response. VERY poor and bad client service.

This company is impossible to get in touch with. I ordered a gift for my daughter in law for my new grandbaby. I received the wrong item and immediately tried to contact them as they requested in their return policy. Me and my daughter in law both tried no less than 40 times over a two week period to get someone to help with the return/exchange. We tried by phone, email, online chat, and even Instagram and all we could get were messages saying unavailable at this time. I ended up purchasing the correct item again because we were in need of the item and couldn't continue to wait for a response. So as of now I's spent over $1000 and I'm still trying to return the first item for a credit. I will never purchase from this company again.

Amazing customer service! Ashly made sure everything went smooth. My stroller had a broken part and I could not clip the car seat to it anymore. Which is the most important part (when you have a new born)
She asked me for some pictures to see where it had broken and sent me a brand new stroller. I can’t thank this company enough for caring so much about happy customers. That is called reliability! 💯

Terrible company and customer service. I broke one of my stroller's rear wheel and did not have the part. They said it's on back order and they don't know when it's coming. They offered me a dumb solution which is to buy a new stroller at a discount. How careless is that ! I couldn't believe it. I will no longer use this brand and i will make sure my friends and family do the same. What a shame ! This company is in the business of selling ONLY, they don't carry parts nor care about their customers. I will make sure to write a review on other social media platforms so consumers can make informed decisions about purchasing strollers and travelling systems.
