We got in very late and was traveling with my mother who can not walk very far, all the first floor rooms were taken of course it's 2am. But the night audit gentele man made sure that we would get room right off evaluator. He was very kind, friendly and helpful.
The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, in was very clean ( thank you housekeepers) breakfast was fine as we are not big breakfast eaters but bagel was fresh.
Thank you for making out few hours with you relaxing.

Room was very clean. No odor. No mold. But for $290 I thought it would be something more. It's absolutely crazy to have to pay that much for a basic, clean room. The room was advertised for 208, and after fees was 246. Yet 290 was charged on my card.

My husband and I checked in on Sunday 3/23. We’re from the area and are in the process of moving back. I’m pregnant and we had our dog with us.
At first, all was well. The location is great (and the only reason they aren’t getting one star), but beware of the entrance if your car sits low.
Once in the room, we noticed it was stuffy and warm. That’s not super uncommon when first getting to a hotel, so we adjusted the thermostat and tried to relax.
The next day, we found out our air wasn’t working after I received an email stating our dog was barking all day. Turns out, she was overheated. We ended up having to take our dog with us apartment hunting all week because it was getting so hot in there and it was safer to keep her in the car.
The thermostat was reading 77+ most of the time we were there. It was set on 59 and the fan on auto per the front desk’s direction. An employee was sent up to our room to check the settings and left a note assuring us it should work. The image I attached is from after the employee was in our room. My husband has several other images of it ranging from other temps.
We had the shades closed and everything, the high temperature outside barely reached 70. Our thermostat consistently remained above 75.
We slept without blankets because we were sweating. I couldn’t dry my hair after a shower because it was so hot.
Additionally, we were without hot water for 5 hours on Wednesday. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands unless we wanted ice cold water. No communication either! My mom came to visit for a few days and ended up calling the front desk to let them know we didn’t have hot water. If she never called, we wouldn’t have known anything! All they said was ā€œwell nobody has hot water right nowā€ Yeah, because that makes it okay!
The employees were also less than satisfactory - The employee on nightshift the beginning of the week was visibly bothered anytime we went downstairs, and even when we checked in. It seemed he was annoyed that he couldn’t sit and watch tv!
Given all of this, upon checkout, all I got was a ā€œso sorry about thatā€. $750 for the WORST hotel experience. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights (planned) when there happened to be a massive snowstorm. I was so impressed with the positive attitudes of the staff, who had to put their lives on hold to stay at the hotel as well or risk their safety to get to work. Everyone was super friendly even with less than ideal conditions. They kept the hill into the property drivable even when most of the streets around were a mess. They also had shovels readily available for our use, to dig out our car.

The hotel itself is very nice. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The gym is small but I was only ever there by myself anyway. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again when I’m in town visiting family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - Suites were very clean and the common areas are clean also! Breakfast in the morning was well stocked and maintained. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues. Great location for shopping and dining - rates were also very competitive!

The rooms and the lobby were not aired out. Super hot and humid. Our room was so hot, I had to take a shower in the middle of the night to cool off.

The breakfast was probably one of the worst. Majority of the food was uncovered, and you can see fruit flies. The food choices were very poor, and not tasty :/

The service was so-so. I guess it all depends on the shift. One lady was short and but bossy when we called to extend the stay.

The pool is very small. Looks a bit dirty as well…

The actual rooms look okay. And have enough space to sleep 4-5 people.

No problems with tv, fridge or microwave.

P.S thank you for the experience.

I stayed a total of 6 nights over ā€˜2’ stays if you will so we got 2 different rooms our whole stay. We were booking 3 days at a time just in case for whatever reason. We are a family of 6, 2 adults 4 children. First 2 days were amazing, pool was SO warm, stocked towels on the tables in pool area, breakfast was actually really good lots of options. Unfortunately they ARENT a fan of children, noise, or fun. All the sudden no stocked towels in the pool, temperature was all the sudden cold as heck, front desk staff was an asshole (Tyler with a nose ring) then on our last day right when we were about to leave for check out on our 6th day said asshole named Tyler came and knocked on our door and said he’s been hearing my children all morning long, didn’t like them running to and from the room/door to our car (toddlers) and I asked what he advise I do he said to tell them to stop I said you can’t just tell toddlers to stop & listen especially with one of them being autistic. I’m glad we checked out, we were about to book an other 3 days. Brent the manager was no hero either.

So in conclusion if you make noise, want to swim with noise, or have children I don’t recommend staying here.

Also ps the washer doesn’t drain water, and dryer doesn’t dry. I had to ring my clothes out, then spend $10 for 3 chances for my clothes to dry before resorting to the low end blow dryer in the room. 🫠

I don’t even want to tell yall what I paid for the experience I was given.
