They are open for reservations and taking people's money BUT THEY ARE CLOSED. This entire building is under construction. I can't cancel or get my money back because it's check-in time. Customer service gave me the runaround and put me on hold for 45 min to confirm what I already told them. I guess we should have checked reviews here because this location has been closed for months!! Ridiculous!

Just trying to go to the RenFaire and needed a place to stay for the night. Booked this hotel months ago, but when we showed up at 9pm to get into our room the hotel wasn't even open. The whole lot was under construction. We received no notice, call or email, about the construction or the hotel being closed. Even if it was open there was no way of staying there. There was so much construction material on the lot, windows boarded up, lights flickering in the parking lot and the building. What a completly insane experience. What a joke of a hotel. What a joke of a management company, choice hotels. Don't book here, don't book through choice.com. Just simply go somewhere else.

Of course, it’s February and as it is cold weather there is no undesirables hanging around but everyone I saw were hard-working people and not a bit scary.|The place is nice, our room was clean , and the staff was polite and helpful. They had soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The linens looked new, and the tv had a decent amount of channels. The fridge was clean and everything worked. They also have a little two-seater couch if you want off the bed.|They do have one charging station for EV. Whether or not it is complimentary I couldn’t tell you.|The breakfast had good choices. English muffins, little donuts, eggs, sausage, waffles, OJ, apple juice, hot chocolate packets, tea and coffee.|Not a bad choice anymore as management obviously gave this place some good attention!

Oh, let me paint you a picture, folks. Imagine if a horror movie set and a construction site had a baby—that's this hotel! If you’re looking for a place that feels clean, safe, and comfortable, you might want to keep driving. We had blood on the beds, bugs having a party under the sheets, and paint doing its best impression of a shedding snake. The shower handle? MIA. Smoke detector? AWOL.

The whole place was under construction—parking lot filled with construction debris, and don’t even get me started on the pool. It’s not missing, it’s just...gone!

You walk in, and it’s like you’ve entered a nicotine time capsule. The lobby, hallways, rooms—they all reek of smoke. The walls and floors are doing their best ‘abandoned building’ cosplay. And the power? It’s like it’s on a coffee break every ten minutes. Water temperature? Pick one—because you only get one, and it’s not flowing, it’s dribbling.

But, oh! The front desk guy? A gem! He got us new bedding, bless his heart. But after all this, we decided we didn’t feel safe. We wasted our money and hightailed it to another hotel. Like fleeing a disaster movie, but with more bedbugs.

If I could leave this hotel no stars, it still wouldn’t be an accurate rating. I booked this hotel online. When I first arrived, I had no clue that it was under construction. Their parking lot and lobby had building materials scattered everywhere. Friday morning I was woken up to loud construction noises and a man standing right outside my window on a ladder. I also booked a smoking room online. Only to find out once I got there, that they stopped smoking rooms at the first of the year. My room was patched up in several places, and I was honestly scared to use the elevator. A few times I thought it was not going to open. The breakfast was horrid. Only serving waffles and cereal. They ran out of syrup, and had no butter. No drinks for breakfast either, and the cereal was pretty stale. My room card keys quit working halfway through my stay. Their vending machines will not accept change. AND to top it all off, I woke up Sunday morning with bug bites on my arm. Will NEVER be staying here again, would’ve been more comfortable In my car and saved a few hundred $$ Quality Inn is an ironically laughably name.

Edited to add: went through some of the other reviews on here where management apologizes, and goes on to say they’ll strive to do better. These reviews are several months old. The issues stated on here must not be too critical for them to care since it seems like they haven’t attempted to change anything as stated in their apologies. They should also take down their photos they have of the “breakfast” they claim to offer. More false advertising on their part!

Zero stars. We booked almost a month in advance. When we drove into the parking lot the hotel was under construction. No one answered the phone. No one at the front desk. We called corporate and got our reservation cancelled. They didn't appear open and there's no way we were staying there. No phone call or email to give us a heads up about the state of the hotel. No apologies for the hotel being like this. No price matching at the choice hotel across the street either. So ridiculous. Do not book here until you can call the front desk and they can confirm there's no problems.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Only waffles and stale cereal. Taking a warm relaxing bath is out of the question, no stopper to use in the tub. The front desk lady said there wasn’t any stoppers in none of the rooms. Taking a shower the bathtub the water doesn’t drain, leaving you standing in water. The lobby of the hotel was freezing cold, it’s only 32*, lobby freezing. Also the lobby is full of building materials, so much you have to walk around everything that’s in the way. No ice to get from the ice machine because it’s out of order. Would not recommend this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely horrid. The positive reviews on the website have to be fake or scams. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. There was nicotine stains dripping on the walls. The bathroom/shower was so gross. I definitely was not taking a shower in there. The toilet paper holder was about near disconnected from the wall. I was scared we would've gotten bed bugs. The breakfast was not worth it, as there wasn't anything out and you had to eat in the lobby. The ice machine didn't work. The staff was fine but didn't go out of their way to be friendly. You get what you pay for but this definitely wasn't worth $70 for one night. Like someone else said, we should've slept in the car. Our items and clothes reeked the next day. Do not do not do not stay here. Pay the extra $40 to stay at a place where you can actually breathe. I saw all the replies from the "owner" on other reviews and it sounds like such bull. You know they aren't going to do anything. If they actually cared, they would give all of us our money back. There isn't any quality at this quality inn.
