The staff was a complete joke! The rudest I have ever experienced. Cockroaches crawling freely in the hallways on the carpet and walls, a strong odor of mildew or mold crossed with a raw sewage smell. Just flat out funky and gross. The maids should be completely retrained and their boss should be fired! If you decide to roll the dice and stay at that hotel be ready to sanitize anything you had with you before you take it into your home. Stop at a laundromat and wash your clothes but burn your suitcases instead of risking roaches in your home that hid in luggage!
WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT WAS UNABLE. (Gave 3 star for location because it's across the street from the mall)

Very very very dirty, nasty, smelling, bugs, riff raff all over inside and out. Ladies be safe, and at night don't be alone. I visited a friend that just got back in town. I had to get him out of there. Oh did I say drug's to that place looked like a trap hotel from the movies.

We stayed for eight days. On the 7th day we found a bedbug bug crawling on the bed. I showed it to the front desk staff and they literally said nothing. The next day I went to the ER for an allergic reaction to the bites.
The staff gave no refund, no apology, NOTHING!! They were rude and acted like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about.
Never will I stay at this hotel again. I will also be informing everyone I know about my visit.
