The attention to detail, flawless organization, and commitment to creating a seamless experience for both couples and vendors make her a dream to work alongside.

My husband and I both agree that going with Karen and KMC Weddings for her Full Planning service for our wedding was the absolute best decision we made while wedding planning, and she was more than worth every penny. Karen is someone that you can trust to GET THINGS DONE, but she has an incredibly calming presence. She was perfect for a Type A bride like me.

When I first reached out to Karen, I wanted a mixed cultural wedding with a tea ceremony that felt unique and creative but still traditional, but I had no idea where to begin. Karen listened to what my vision was, gave me vendor options that she felt would be a good fit, and was an incredible sounding board and partner throughout my almost two year wedding planning time. Karen is an excellent communicator who is thorough and direct, and she remembered all the little details I would throw out casually in conversation. She helped me and my vendor team come up with some crazy ideas, and then executed it all seamlessly. I also loved the user-friendly wedding planning platform she used, which kept me on track and made making seating charts and tracking our budget a breeze. I can't even begin to tell you how much I leaned on her and her expertise, especially as the big day got closer.

On the actual wedding day, Karen and her team made me feel so at ease. I had a bridal assistant while getting ready, and I knew that Karen was just a phone call away in case I needed anything. Karen kept everything running smoothly all day (despite a couple unexpected challenges). I cried during our room reveal because her and my vendor team completely exceeded my expectations in bringing my vision to life. After the wedding, her team helped pack everything up as well so we didn't have to clean up at all. My family and friends could relax and enjoy the day just like I did! I truly cannot thank her enough for being the best wedding planner for me, and making our big day so so special and uniquely us. My husband and I will never forget it!

If you are questioning whether or not to hire Karen for Full Planning, my answer will always be a resounding YES. Having access to her knowledge, expertise, and problem-solving personality are a given for any of her services, but I loved getting to see our design deck & mock-up, having her be the vendor point of contact from beginning to end, and having a vendor team that was aligned on my vision. There is so much more that goes into a wedding day than I could have ever anticipated - I don't know how people do it without a wedding planner. You can't go wrong with Karen and KMC!

After getting well in over our heads in wedding planning, we turned to Karen and her team for her expertise. Initially we had only hired Karen for her coordination on the day-of, but we quickly realized that we were in need of her full planning services. (Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart!)

Karen and her team were able to come in and completely put us at ease. She took the reins and was able to guide us along the process hand in hand. She is the planner who keeps it real, knows the industry in and out, and can help you imagine the day of your dreams even if you're not sure what it looks like yet.

She was the force we needed in our corner, and during the process she quickly became an extension of the family.

As for the day of, I cannot speak more highly about Karen's ability to orchestrate a seamless day and have a team of individuals who are so incredibly kind, fun to be around, and made the day feel like a breeze. KMC is no doubt best in class and I am so appreciative for their help in making our special day unforgettable.

This review is long overdue. My Wife and I got married in September 2022. Karen was amazing. Everything KMC weddings did was awesome. Our wedding ran smoothly, Karen and her team executed the Ceremony and Reception down to every detail my Wife had requested of them.

As a Husband to be, Karen was amazing. Nice, calm and funny. Helped me throughout the process to understand all the details my wife had thought of. She was patient with me when I asked, "Why is that needed?" for things I had no idea existed. She executed day of and was a calming presence and helped me remember what I needed to do other than smile, walk and get married.

For my Wife, Karen executed those tiny details got light up sticks when the music started, Sparklers for our exit. She was there but rarely seen. Letting My Wife and I have our day without feeling like it was too scheduled. She made My wife's Wedding Day easy and worry free.

Karen was a complete professional and I would highly recommend her for day of coordination and prewedding planning. I wish she could coordinate my life; I probably would've written this review in a timely manner. Big thanks to Karen and her amazing Team!

I actually don't even know where to begin with this, as I could write an entire novel about our experience with Karen and her team!! As someone that is extremely Type A and finds it nearly impossible to give up any sort of control, hiring Karen was the best wedding gift we could have ever given ourselves. Being able to show up on our wedding day without a worry in the world, and full confidence that everything was going to be perfect allowed us to be fully present and soak up every single second of the day.

Planning a wedding comes with many differing opinions and requests/requirements, from many directions, which can be overwhelming at time. That being said, Karen never waivered in her commitment to act as an advocate for what my husband and I dreamt of for our day. Her execution of our vision was beyond our wildest dreams, and she helped us navigate any challenges along the way and handled the areas in which we had to pivot with ease. Her level of organization, communication and responsiveness, as well as her attention to detail, far surpassed any expectations we had – I truly felt like we were the only wedding she was planning for the entire year we worked together.

One thing that I didn't realize we needed in a wedding planner was someone that, at times, was willing to tell me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. Karen's ability to be the voice of reason and set clear expectations of what would go into bringing certain aspects of our vision to life was truly invaluable for not only my husband and I, but for our families.

A simple thank you seems entirely inadequate for KMC Weddings and Events! We appreciate everything you and your team did to make our day magical, Karen!!
