Had a great experience working with its Totally Lit! We got a bundled deal since we also worked with Ballonatics and were so happy with the service. The team quickly responded to more inquiry, answered all my questions on a live call the next day, and set everything up just a few days later. Everyone was thrilled with how the decorations came to life!

Gotta say these guys hit it out of the park. Told them what I wanted, 4ft tall letters on the roof of my shed. They said never did that before. I asked them what they needed for the letters to sit on. In less than1.5 hours we had the shelf on the roof without nailing or screwing anything into the shed. They came and set the letters up when they said they would and from there all went perfect. Had so many compliments on the letters and how they looked. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who asked about it. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Made it easy to accomplish our vision of what we wanted.

Worked with Totally Lit and USA Balloonatics for a medium-sized venue party. Totally Lit provided an installation that really made the party look great. Everything arrived as asked, as priced, and with great setup service. They even came to the venue the next day to retrieve the installation. Easy to use and I booked from overseas with no problem - everything came as planned when getting to the venue in Cincinnati. Thanks!

I was hosting a Sweet 16 Celebration for my daughter. I was fed up looking for the large led letters. Everywhere I looked had the DIY foam numbers & letters. I didn't have time for that & could forsee the foam falling causing a domino effect with all the decorations. I did one last effort on the day before and came across Totally lit. I submitted a request & received a call like 2 hours later. They were attentive, understanding & was willing to work with my budget even in the 11th hour. They dropped off and picked up timely. The letters were made out of wood, great condition, they set up & I was happy. No DIY set up. My daughter Love it!! It was one of the best photo booth props. Balloons were done by Beeyond Belief.

If you want to take your party from “nice” to “WOW,” TotallyLit is the way to go! I had a “Barbie” party for grown women and the B-A-R-B-I-E sign transformed my home! It brought absolute delight! Everything was professional from my first call, our zoom meeting, the quote, to the set up that day! It was fun to have the option for pink bulbs too! I can’t wait for the next party and fun theme…TotallyLit will be the centerpiece!
