While most of my experience with The Enclave Event Center was okay, I have never dealt with a business who is more so focused on the money as opposed to ensuring that the customer has a great experience from start to finish. As you arrive to the venue, you have to pay a $250 deposit, which should be returned once you leave. I paid for extra time for my event planner to decorate, but there was no time provided for clean up. The event was scheduled from 3-7pm. We were done at 7pm, but was cleaning up and completely out of the venue by 7:45. At that time, I was advised that I forfeited my deposit, due to being over time. The bartender, Cassandra-Enclave staff, was at the event and she ate food without being offered, received tips from my guests and became disrespectful due to the confusion with the time at the end- even insulting me as a consumer. I spent $2000 for 7 hours (for the event space only) and was provided no time to clean up/break down. Once you spend your money, they don't care how they treat you. It's all about the money and not the customer experience, building relationships, or positive reviews. Additionally the mirrors and windows were not cleaned by the Enclave Event Center staff. They refused to set up the tables as requested.

This is not a place that I would recommend due to their desire to take advantage of you when you are in need and after you spend your money. Cassandra watched us go over time, just to say you forfeited your deposit. This encounter definitely left a stain our special celebration. Be sure to read the contract and consider other venues that are more accommodating to you as a consumer.

It is really nice, beautifully lit, with a spacious bar. More than enough room for the celebration 🍾. Love the mirrors on the wall and the lights above the dance floor.

I hosted a charity event for my non profit organization and the service provided was superb! Staff members were professional and the setup was top tier. I will be hosting my next event at The Enclave Event Center

If you need a venue for your event, definitely check out Enclave Event Center. Very professional and accommodating. The food was DELICIOUS!! The setup was perfect. This is our second time working with them. Will definitely book with them again. P.S. I NEED that mac and cheese recipe lol

Omg!! Everything was amazing! I appreciate Cassandra and the whole team! Extremely professional, communication is phenomenal, the decorations were beautiful, the food was BANGIN !!!! Our guests raved about the event and the food! We truly appreciate y’all and will for sure be booking for future parties
