Wow! Had my daughters wedding 8/19/23, weather was perfect, flowers in full bloom, venue clean and wedding ready! My day of coordinator Mary and helpers were wonderful!!! Had a great experience with Kelsey our wedding sales person. She popped in on our wedding day, as she had 3 events that day, to check in with us. Great communication throughout the year long process. The ladies were receptive to all my requests decorating day of..and I can be a lot!, Beautiful venue and check them out!!!!

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Premier Parks! Our wedding was planned for Ault Park and took place during Hurricane Helene. Despite 60mph winds and persistent downpours, Kelsea and her team were able to execute a beautiful ceremony and reception in the pavilion. They communicated calmly throughout every change that needed to happen, worked seamlessly with our catering team from Delight More, and went above and beyond to give us the most magical night. The team did so well that most of my guests had no idea that the power was out the entire time. At most venues our day would have been ruined, but Kelsea and the team created an even more amazing night than what we ever imagined.

The French Park venue was incredible! Initially, when we booked there were a lot of changes occurring within Premier Parks, and communication wasn't exactly great. However, once it came closer to the event and the day of the coordinators were on top of it! My biggest advice with booking with Premier Parks would be to remember that nothing is really included besides the venue itself. You will have to pay to rent EVERYTHING and this adds up very quickly. Overall, we are so happy we chose this venue! It was a dream venue and our guests loved it as well!

We toured two venues that Premier Park Events oversees for our wedding! First, Communication is horrible via email. They are very rude compared to other vendors (short answers, rude explanations). You can tell they are not excited to schedule a tour with you.

Once I finally got a tour scheduled I was very pleased with the in person meeting. The coordinator was super nice & welcoming while there!

Ault Park is gorgeous other than the inside portion where the restrooms & bar are… that area has A LOT to be desired. French Park is stunning though!

They are easily the strictest venue in the Cincinnati area. Premier Parks requires you use their caterers, purchase their alcohol packages (pricier than most venues), USE ONLY ONE DECORATING COMPANY (every wedding coordinator will tell you it’s the most expensive place in all of Ohio for rentals), pay a very hefty fee for security for the day, + pay extra for a rehearsal even. Nothing is included other than literally the venue— no tables, no chairs, no lights, nothing + I’ve heard horror stories where the coordinator literally cleans up all decor 30 minutes before the wedding is even over while guests are still there. You pay for that time. They only give you 30 mins max after to remove everything & little time before for setup. The cost adds up extremely quickly, & I suggest looking at other venues!

Working with Premier Parks was wonderful! They were very professional and in the end we had absolutely no worries the day of our wedding because they had everything handled. We were scheduled to get married at Ault Park over the summer and had to move the date because of the pandemic - this process was very simple and we received no fees/issues from Premier Parks throughout. Allie did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the whole wedding planning process and had everything handled very well. The venue was beautiful in the end and all of our guests were raving about the setup and decor.
The only draw back we have is how expensive everything became - the rental only pays for the venue, you are required to have the awnings and therefore you need to add $2000 to the bill automatically, then you pay all of the equipment separate (napkins, tablecloths, chairs, tables, even the security guard); there are also no decor or lighting provided, you have to do that yourself and use their lighting company. As a result of partnering with Premier Parks, all the vendors (which you have a list of choices) charge an extra fee on top of their own services - so keep that in mind as well. Lastly, there isn't a space for the bridal party to get ready - although we found wonderful AirBNBs in the Hyde Park area to do so which worked out great for our bridal party.
Again, we loved every minute of our wedding day and the venue, just wish it had been a little more upfront about the costs and been more budget-friendly.

We’ve been trying to plan our wedding, which was supposed to take place at Ault park next summer, but no one EVER answers the phone and will take days to call or email back. Their website hasn’t been working for at least the last 5 months, which makes it a lot harder to try and plan a wedding. You also are required to use all of their vendors, who will price gauge and tack on fees for everything. Seriously, you will be paying a premium for every individual napkin, chair, and piece of silverware. If you’re looking to get married here, be prepared to have a budget of no less than $35,000 and do all the planning on your own with no help from any of the coordinators. It seems very disorganized and unprofessional. We’ve decided to move on and have our wedding and reception elsewhere.

Our family is planning a large celebration for about 250 guests. We contacted Premier Park Events in September 2022 for a tour of the Anderson Pavilion and French Park. That alone required three phone calls/email attempts. Finally, in early October a representative took us through both facilities. We then asked for a proposal for the Anderson Pavilion. We never, ever got one. We sent multiple texts and each time would get another excuse as to how they were working on it or why they hadn’t completed it, etc. Finally, we signed with a downtown Cincinnati hotel.

If you plan to work with Cincinnati Parks and this vendor be warned.

Premier parks event did a great job for our wedding! Kelsea was our coordinator who went above and beyond. They kept the process fun and cover ever detail. Highly recommend French Park!
