We used croswell to help transport our employees for our corporate Christmas party. I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality. It was very easy to book, they were very open with our times and locations, they arrived early, and were very flexible. The bus itself was very nice and comfortable. Our driver Lynette was great. She was patient with everyone and didn’t mind waiting on people. I would highly highly recommend!!! We will use their services again!

Have done many tours with Croswell and have been very pleased with their professional drivers, knowledgeable tour guides and giving their customers the most interesting itineraries, delicious meals and very nice hotel stops. Went to the Southwest area and Grand Canyon in March 2023 and it was one of our favorites. Saw so much of the southwest and everything was top notch. Definitely a worthwhile trip.

I just got back from a trip on one of these buses and I have nothing but good things to say. My school contracted with them for an out of state trip. The morning of departure, the bus was there an hour before we had to leave to ensure we had enough time. That was the first thing that impressed me. The second thing that impressed was how patient and helpful the driver, Krista, was with all of us and how well she drove something as big as that bus. Her driving skills made me feel even safer during the trip and I knew between her and the chaperones, I was in very good hands. I’m still marveling the way she parallel parked that bus like it was no big deal. I am disabled so I get around by riding the public buses, and I have yet to witness parallel parking skills like Krista’s (I don’t have a need to, really). This was my first time ever traveling out of state by bus and Krista took all my worries away with her driving skills! I am very thankful for her and all she did for my group during this trip(and that she took the time to personally learn all our names!), and I will be applauding her driving skills for a loooonnng time! This is definitely something I will not forget!

We were traveling on northbound 75 near Detroit when three “gocroswell” buses made themselves known. The first got tight and cozy in the lane next to us, after speeding up then slowing in the lane next to us to keep our speed. The second came along not too much later, shifting to the left lane to pass but coming back to the center lane without enough clearance. They had just flown by us so not sure how they didn’t realize we were still in that center lane. My husband had to brake hard to not get hit. The third bus did a dance, speeding up and leaving us feeling as though we were being tailgated, then slowing up and keeping back. They chose the solid white lines to finally make a pass around us, changing lanes around us. At least they didn’t cut us off getting back to the center lane? It was stressful enough being on the road with them; I wouldn’t be comfortable using their services at all if this is how their buses represent them.

These buses took our band to state playoffs. The buses are very nice and very comfortable. The drivers were excellent, professional, and kind. Our kids were in great hands with them which makes this mom worry a little less. Thanks so much!
