This community has come a long way in the past couple of years with Shelby as the Property Manager. She does a great job at taking care of things and keeping the community clean/well maintained. Maintenance staff is helpful and diligent.

Don’t live here!
Place is infested with roaches, and the people will not treat. I have complained several times on the fact they have roaches . They dismiss any issues you have.
I have been living here for ongoing 2 years with no air conditioning, roaches, old leaky windows.
They do not fix anything that is wrong unless it is mandatory to fix like a water leak or your heat.
If you’re expecting to get what you pay for don’t move here!
Shelby especially is the worst property manager I have ever met and she needs to find a new career.
I will be contacting the health department to bring attention to this issues of the roaches.
The health department has already been involved with this community for refusing to treat for roaches
Any 5 star review on this post is garbage and they are people that work for Westbrook and live inside the park for discounted rent, or they have 5 stars to have a chance to win their “free tv giveaway” place is garbage and ghetto and these property managers only work here for there discounted rent and could care less of the people

Management is shady and petty. People warned me not to move in but it looked nice on the surface, so I did. Been here a year. The brand new unit is falling apart. We still have no driveway. My car has been towed. They are threatening to tow my husbands car now. I dont expect these crooks to give us our deposit back. Pictures are from when we moved in. The shower pictures are about three months in.

They don't fix anything. My tube is so soft, they told me they will replace it after I leave. Hope we don't fall through the floor. Now they are charging you for your personal garage can plus the Rumkie can $26 per can lol. No snow removal in sight. Don't get me started on the no private thing. Overall just don't move here.

I have lived here for almost four years now, and it's been an excellent park. There is not much trouble here. I've had no problems with management. They keep the park clean and maintained.

We moved in around April and aside from waiting a bit for some maintenance requests it's been a good experience. I love the space, the freedom to work on my yard as I please and just feeling like I can make it my own while I rent. I feel management legitimately works to better the community. They have different events for us around the year and they have made some nice improvements to making things look better and more clean.

Two improvements would get me to 5 stars: 1. A more digital way to request/view maintaince request
2. A digital rent payment option but without fees (or I guess limited fees but...none would be best).

They're asking for tenants to post reviews for the chance to win a $250 TV. This place is terrible. They never make any repairs and will simply ignore you. We have sent numerous texts, voicemails, and letters. They do not care. It has been months and no repairs have been made. Not to mention the roaches. Better than being on the streets? Sure. But that's about it. This place is ghetto.

I love my home. The office makes the experience even better. The maintenance guy is pretty hawt. The neighborhood is quiet with a gas station conveniently located at the entrance. I recommend this place. I'd give it 6 stars but Google won't budge on my requests to up the star rating. This is why Google and I have problems. But I digress... live here.
