It was so simple to rent from Neff Brothers. They explained everything really well on the RV. The RV itself was nice and clean, and had no major issues during our trip. They were very flexible even after we almost had a last minute change due to personal reasons. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

Cannot say enough amazing things about my first RV rental experience for dry camping in the woods.

Frentzy did a phenomenal job explaining everything I would need to know before setting off. We took an hour to get familiar with the RV. He was upbeat, positive and very encouraging. I was a little nervous to drive one but after just a few miles, I settled right in and had tons of fun!

Every single person I encountered who worked at the dealership, was equip w a smile and kind word. They were all very accommodating and accepting of my service dog Cheerio. We both had amazing experience and can’t wait for warmer weather to do it again!

We'd never rented an RV before and we were a little nervous, but our experience with Neff Brothers RV was terrific. They put us at ease and we felt totally comfortable driving and operating the RV on our own. We had a great vacation. It was also a great way to experience the many amazing features of the RV. It helped us narrow down which ones we couldn't live without when we purchase our own RV and which ones are nice, but maybe not a "must have." The whole experience was easy and fun and I can't recommend Neff Brothers RV enough!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Neff Bros RV. Thanks to Jim, my buying experience was great! Even with my 5 yr old running around he had the patience to help me answer all my questions! And their technicians were professional and explained all the things I needed to know about my weight distribution hitch system very well! Buying from them was super simple! Had a great all around experience with Neff Brothers. Great RV, great price. Angela took care of us. They took the time to fully educate us before we rolled out of the lot. We had a small issue or 2 with the RV, mostly attributed to the fact that it was a brand new vehicle (which was also very nice), but nothing we couldn’t overcome with the help of Angela and team. We will be renting with them again very soon.

We had a change of plans, very last minute, and needed an RV. We hadn't rented from Neff before, but they were great! I used the text feature and the manager contacted me to start the process. She was able to accommodate us with the size we needed on Memorial Day weekend, from one day to the next. She saved our vacation. The RV was brand new and very comfortable for our family of four. All in all it was an easy process to rent, pick up and drop off. I'd highly recommend them and will use them in the future (with more planning time!).
