Great time on the River and Lake. We did the lunch and narrated tour for a work event. Food was great, served buffet style. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Capped with beautiful Northeast Ohio weather, we had a great relaxing voyage. A welcome change from our normal hectic work.

Overall thought it was boring. Prices were high for what the experience is. They say they’re very strict on the time they leave however we left late waiting for people to get on the boat. Was cool to do once but wouldn’t do again.

I had an event scheduled with their main competitor for months. After guests had already booked travel they cancelled on me with no warning! I called Captain Rick and he bent over backwards to make my event happen and make it special. He ran an off season cruise for me and even crafted a special menu for my guests and their dietary restrictions. He has forever earned my business and I’m hoping his big heart and heroism has earned yours too.

I took the 3:00 tour boat and really enjoyed the cruise. I learned a lot about the Port of Cleveland and the Cayahoga River during the narrated tour. They have a good variety of drinks at the bar and the boat was plenty big enough to move around from deck to deck. I was glad they did not have a pushy photographer trying to sell overpriced photos like some other tour companies. I highly recommend the tour to learn more about Cleveland and the waterways. The staff was very safety conscious and it made for a nice time.

We’ve taken the 2-hour narrated tour 3 times. Relaxing, educational, fun with fairly priced snacks & drinks, restrooms, air conditioning if you don’t care for fresh air, seating on all the levels.
We enjoyed our trips each time whether we navigated the Cuyahoga River or Lake Erie. Can’t wait to get back again this summer!

So much fun! Good friends, good brew, food, and great music from Gimme Sugar. Beautiful day. Every Crew member was friendly, helpful, and seemed to be having as much fun as the passengers. Will definitely plan another cruise.

Had a good experience on the good time three with a lot of information about Cleveland and its harbor. For me I did prefer the top open deck. Better vantage point for seeing the sites. It would have been five stars but we did end up going on senior day. There was an extremely long line for ticket sales. I would suggest buying your tickets online. Also if you prefer a less crowded day, stay away from Tuesday. The first hour of the boat tour was down Cuyahoga river. It was very informative. The second hour was Boating up and down the brake wall. Good spot for sightseeing, upper deck left side of the boat.

We had an excellent time! All the crew members were so friendly and courteous! A few rain drops didn’t spoil a fantastic fireworks display! Loved the tunes they played during the fireworks! A great evening with friends! I highly recommend!!
