Had to leave one star would’ve been a negative. been coming to the store for years and have been shipping for 25+ years. Received the most horrible experience this past Saturday. I asked a question and the girls acted like I was stupid. I was getting laughed at as I left the store. I definitely will not be back.

Their employee lied and stated I said things I never said because they lost one of my packages. She was rude to me and had the nerve to lie. I’m super disappointed with what took place and how it was handled. I asked the employee for her name and she refused to give it. I told her I was calling corporate and since she didn’t want to give her name everyone will be faulted. I’m not sure how she came up with the lies she told her boss. I’m currently in Texas fresh out of surgery and too grown for the mess they came up with. I’d rather give the post office my money then deal with stuff like this.

I received 2 and was charged for an item from Amazon. Went to this UPS store in Celina, Ohio and they printed the return label from my email for me and packed it up to send it back. They helped my headache from the situation and was very friendly. I highly recommend. Thank you UPS.

I mailed out two packages last week and they mixed up their printed labels even though one of the boxes had the mailing address on it. Now I have two paying customers with the wrong packages who are upset and when I called UPS they said that they don't know what to do except wait for the manager who won't be in for a couple of days.

Update: went went in to try to get the situation fixed and the girl who made the mistake was there. Instead of apologizing and saying she would try to make it right she got very rude and tried to place the blame on us for not double checking the labels after she put them on the wrong boxes. Which if you've been to UPS you know they put the labels on and set the boxes aside, there is no "double checking"
The bad attitude was so unnecessary.
