We had the best grand tour with Giacomo! He spoke excellent English, was full of great insights and historical knowledge, and also very patient and kind to help with my 90 year old mother getting in and out of the golf cart, and providing both an umbrella and poncho! The best tour guide! Grazie Mille!!

Giacomo was amazing, he was very informative in showing us all of the sites and the history behind them, he also gave us great recommendations for gelato as well as off the tourist, track places to shop and see.
Would highly recommended for a first timer in Florence.

This was such a fun and amazing experience!! Marco took us to the best spots in Florence and we got to see so much in such a short period of time. The history was incredible and Marco was so kind letting us get out and shop and take pictures! Love this place and service! Grazie!! ?

Discussed with Erick, our eco-tour driver, about a sight-seeing tour of Florence, yesterday, but only confirmed with him at 10:30am today, he was available & collected us from our hotel within 15 minutes.
