Our experience with Flagstaff Wedding Packages (Arizona Destination Management LLC) for our wedding was terribly disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would. Communication and reliability, two key elements we counted on, were consistently lacking. The planning process was plagued by delayed responses, missed meetings, and unfulfilled promises, which added considerable stress in the months leading up to the big day. Communication was not initiated nor responded to timely by the owner. She did not show up for our initial meeting because she "forgot" to look on her calendar.
On the day itself, we were met with a series of issues: incorrect table setups, broken chairs, and missing or incorrect decor items, which hindered our guests’ ability to enjoy the celebration. The day-of helper, instead of offering calming support, appeared disorganized and at times rude, leaving both us and our other vendors frustrated. Despite hiring Flagstaff Wedding Packages to handle the details and relieve us from stress, we ended up managing various aspects ourselves and experienced avoidable complications and miscommunication.
While I recognize that wedding planning can be hectic, a basic level of professionalism and responsiveness should not be sacrificed. I hoped for a heartfelt apology or acknowledgment of these issues, yet received none. I sincerely hope Flagstaff Wedding Packages considers these areas for improvement, as we would never want another couple to feel as let down on their wedding day as we did.

*** her response to this review was as expected. The only unique thing is that it was timely. That contradicts every other communication we had with her. She continues to gaslight. The services rendered were far below what was outlined in our contract, which I identified line by line. It would behoove her to add some empathy and ownership in her business model.

Dana and her wedding team are absolutely amazing! Our daughter’s wedding had so many moving parts with 25% of the guest list flying in from Alaska, helping with hotels for all the out of town guests, shuttles, last minute changes, guest list growing from 75 to 125 etc., the wedding team handled it all with ease and exceeded my expectations. The wedding was beautiful and both families couldn’t be more pleased. It was a wonderful event! One of our close friends who has attended numerous weddings said that this one was one of the best and I couldn’t agree more! Thank you Dana/Flagstaff wedding packages for all the time and effort put into our daughter’s special day!

10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Communication was sub par at best, the rehearsal was missed, the ceremony was rushed, on the day of the wedding, the staff rushed around as if they had no idea what was going on.
The “help” brought on was extremely rude to the wedding party any time a simple question was asked. Extremely disappointed with the services provided considering the amount of money charged.

Although I wasn’t the “client” per say, my experience still stands with this company. No, I was not the one paying however, I was still present for the rude and snarky comments, the lack of communication and all unprofessionalism given by the company and their staff. This is in no way shape or form a hop into anybody’s “campaign”. Your response though , now that is a fantastic representation of the attitudes mentioned in the original review left. Thanks to all for proving our points.

I am so pleased that we decided to elope and this company really made it so easy. I felt like all I had to do was show up the team at Flagstaff Forest Weddings did it all. Even though it was just my partner and I on that day, we still got a lovely assistant (who also acted as a witness) to help with my dress and coordinate "first looks". The minister was lovely and listened to our preferences with our vows. The photographer made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond for that "perfect shot".

100% think you should elope. Hands down best decision we have ever made. We had sooo much fun and everything was so easy. There was no moment of stress. Work with Rachael at Flagstaff Forest Weddings. She seriously did everything for us and we had the BEST TIME. By the end of the day she was more of a friend to us then a wedding planner which we loved. These ladies made our day feel like a fairytale. I want to live our wedding day over and over!

Rachael and Dana were both extremely helpful in getting everything ready for our big day. Rachel was there every step of the way to answer our questions. Our wedding at the Chapel of the Holy Dove was beautiful and perfect. The Pipeline Fire had started a week before our date, and despite all of the panic and uncertainty they pulled through in finding us alternative locations just in case. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special (and affordable)!

We would like to thank you, Dana, for making our daughters wedding magical. From the first phone call inquiring about a forest wedding until the night ended you were 100% helpful. You made planning her wedding during the covid pandemic bearable. Thank you for always keeping us focused and calm.

First impression was that they were extremely slow at communication. During the planning process I found the owner was very knowledgable and had good input. I was not impressed with all of the venders they chose. I even had to request a different photographer than the one originally in the package. I also did not like the dj as he didn't do a very good job at the reception. I did love the officiant and the baker. They were both very professional and did a great job. The officiant was so nice and very fast at responding to emails and accommodating for us. The baker was also very sweet (no pun intended) and made a delicious and beautiful cake. The bartender was also good. As the wedding got closer, it was a struggle to schedule with the owner/coordinator the things that needed to get done. I never even got to taste the food ahead of time or pick the sauce I was supposed to pick. I didn't even eat my meal because I didn't like it. My biggest let down with the coordinator was the fact that our wedding was missing some of they key components that I was really excited about (fire pit, lawn games, and enchanted lights on the trees) all of which were supposed to be included in our package. I was also really disappointed in her overall lack of coordination on the day of. She walked around the wedding all night in sweatpants and ugg boots. She did not coordinate us after the ceremony. When we finished our pictures, my wedding party and I were just standing there waiting for someone to coordinate our grand entrance but no one was insight, we had to ask someone to go get her. She did not coordinate the first dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, speeches, etc. We even had to pay the photographer $250 for an extra hour just to be there for the bouquet and garter toss because she didn't get those started or track time for us. I had to tell her and the dj that we were ready to do literally everything. At the end of the night, I told her we were ready for the grand exit which she was supposed to have her team blow up white balloons with tea lights for the guests to hold. She forgot. So my guests were shining their phone flashlights on us as we walked out. Which also wouldn't have had to happen had there been the fire going and lights on the trees. If my ceremony hadn't gone so well due to the amazing officiant, I would have said that the entire wedding was a giant let down. Which is too bad considering the price we paid.
