The venue is lovely! Very elegant setting for any occasion. The staff isn't very pleasant and there was lots of miscommunication regarding our event. They should probably take an etiquette course as their personalities and manorism don't match the venue they provide. Just a word of advice, you should never reach over a person's plate at the dinner table!

We had so much fun. This place is amazing for family and friends events. The best part they have all-inclusive packages. You just share your vision and sit back and relax. Whatever you imagine your event be like. It would be 100% better

12 Chairs is a Beautiful Venue. I attended a Baby Shower there & everything was really nice. Staff was very friendly, Location was very clean. I'm thinking about using them for an event!!

We recently had a graduation party at 12 chairs and were very pleased with the outcome. The room was decorated beautifully and the food was delicious! The staff was very kind and and took care of many details so we could just walk in and enjoy the event. They have a great dance floor with an amazing sound system and special effects, which makes this a fun place to have a party. My family and I have received many compliments from our guests letting us know that they had a great time at our event. Thank you 12 Chairs!

We found this place for our kids 16th Birthday party last year and the staff was amazing. They treated us with respect and like family. We are very particular about food so we decided to cater ourselves and because it was a kids party there was no alcohol. Maria and her family communicate very well. If there was clarification issues we worked through it and when we missed a few things the day of the party they stepped in to help us out. We appreciate all that did and would recommend for future events.

I paid $6,000 to have my baby shower here and I’m extremely upset by how my guests and I were treated. The decorations were beautiful, and the DJ was very nice. However the women running the bar and the kitchen treated my guests and I so poorly it was upsetting. I had multiple people leave due to the staff being extremely rude and making them feel uncomfortable to stay. I would only recommend having an event here if you’re okay with being treated like absolute trash.

12 Chairs Restaurant and Banquet Hall is a superb establishment. The owners know the business like the back of their own hand, and are very experienced in the art of throwing a grand ball. My now wife and I were looking for a place to host our wedding reception. After reviewing many options at other places, it became obvious that most places in the wedding business seemed to be trying to take advantage of our situation. The owners at 12 Chairs are completely the opposite. They deal with you honestly and everything is agreed upon up front. They take your event upon their reputation and it really shows. 12 Chairs helped give us the greatest night of our lives while making everyone feel like they are truly family. The food was great and high-class, the decorations simply fairytale. Reasonably priced, their business is the business of unforgettable memories. They will give these to you provided you respect their rules and occasional hunches. Always trust their predictions and go with the flow on a few things because they have orchestrated many many celebrations. I, a local guide for the Cleveland area, will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a big celebration. Thanks a lot to everyone who worked there to give us our night.
