Janice and I would like to thank you for a wonderful trip to Australia and New Zealand. Prior to meeting up with you at your office I had looked into a few different possibilities of travel to these destinations. Your help and suggestions made this trip a wonderful experience. You did a lot of the more tedious work of finding us options of various flights and transportation and coordinating with a couple of different tour agencies making sure our days all came together in a smooth transition. I felt with your help we were able to relax on this vacation and get the most out of our time.

Great! So glad we went thru an agent to book a cruise. It happened during COVID. Voniessa did all the rescheduling of 2 postponed cruises and we didn't have to deal with the cruise rebates, phone calls, and scheduling. Used her before, and will use her again! 😄👍
