Ordered Baked spaghetti from drive through and received regular spaghetti! Also, bread sticks were hard and cold as if they were old. Awful!! Jasmine should have done better on a very simple order.

We had a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, but what really made our visit special was the outstanding service. Cindy was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right moments. Her friendly and professional attitude made us feel truly welcome. Cindy was amazing. We ordered from the kiosk and while we were ordering she made sure we knew she was available for help etc. She was very helpful on clearing the table and bringing bread sticks. Very kind.
The restaurant was clean and in between orders she was stocking etc.
Very nice experience for me and my sister, and our two kids.

Glad I chose this Fazoli's location. I ordered the loaded Chicken Carb to go and by the time I got home it was still hot. I did customize my order and it was perfect. Thank you for your swift and efficient service , I'll be back

EDIT: We are on a road trip and all was fine, I hadn’t eaten anything else that day, after eating at this place shortly after I started to feel ill, not sure from what, I had noodles, Alfredo sauce and chicken, and some breadsticks, within I’d say 2-4 hours after leaving I started vomiting, I tried drinking some liquids but nothing will hold and I keep continuously throwing up since eating this place, it’s now 2pm the following day, my stomach is hurting from the vomiting and feeling is not fading away yet. Hopefully it don’t take long to feel better. Good luck guys.

Ordered a meal for 4 and came with a lot to eat. Fair prices, the breadsticks were really good and soft. I did not care for the red sauce for the spaghetti that much but the Alfredo chicken and sauce was really good.

The chicken alfredo was subpar. There was no cheese on the pasta and the sauce was watery and barely stuck to the noodles. The only plus is that the food and bread sticks were fresh and hot. I'll stick to Olive Garden for my Chicken Alfredo from now on.
