Birdseye Barn truly is the perfect venue for a wedding! Logistically, they have everything you could ever need - spacious getting ready suites, nice bathrooms, easy parking, easily accessible (and gorgeous!) outdoor ceremony space, beautiful indoor space in case it rains, all the tables/chairs/basic decor you could ever need, nearby hotel with shuttle service, great catering space, ect. We also loved that we could pick our own catering!
We were incredibly lucky to have a mild June day, and our guests loved being able to step outside during the reception to enjoy the nice evening and sit by the fire pit. There is a short trail to a beautiful wooded area where we did our first look. We absolutely loved this spot to share our private vows, and the ceremony views were just as stunning.
What makes this venue truly outstanding though are the owners and staff. They were so helpful answering all our questions throughout the process, and were absolutely wonderful on the day of. They truly care about their couples and everyone involved is so professional, thoughtful and kind. We cannot recommend Birdseye Barn enough!!

I stumbled upon this venue almost a year prior to my wedding date online. Dean was quick to respond and got me set up with his wife, Kris, for a venue tour. I fell in love with the photographs on the website but once I saw the venue in person, I knew this was exactly the place I wanted to have my ceremony at. Both Dean and Kris made everything so easy for us and are wonderful human beings! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the addition to the bride and groom suites were top tier! The beautiful property produces a lot of great photo opportunities which is convenient. I’d easily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to create memories at! We were married on May 10 and even got to experience the northern stars directly over the venue that same evening. Overall such a great experience and the most perfect day!

My husband and I got married here and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The convenience of having both our ceremony and reception in one beautiful location was a major plus. Kris and Dean were very prompt and detailed with their communication. They were incredibly easy to work with and genuinely cared about making our wedding day special. In addition, we were allowed to use any of their decorations, like centerpieces and signs, for no additional cost. The venue itself was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Our guests could not stop raving about the place. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a warm summer day, keeping everyone comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wedding planning! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and i had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Birdseye Barn in May of 2024, and I can't express enough how perfect this venue made our special day. From the stunning architecture of the barn, inside and out, to the beautifully maintained landscape and fountain. Every detail was simply magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their professionalism made us feel truly special. Kris, the owner is amazing to work with and is more accommodating than imaginable. She let us tour the venue multiple times to truly get a perfect game plan for the big day. Always available to answer calls text and emails and truly very helpful.

The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking with the views of the fields behind. The reception area was equally impressive, offering a spacious yet intimate setting for our guests to celebrate with us. Having massive ON-SITE get ready rooms for the bridesmaid's and groomsmen were amazing. This was the first venue we toured and the last. We wanted it immediately.

Overall, Birdseye Barn exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines elegance, excellent service, and a memorable ambiance, look no further. Our wedding day was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Birdseye Barn at Western Star was the most perfect venue for my husband & I! Kris & Dean are so easy to work with and they are such kind hearted individuals who make sure your day goes as planned. Birdseye Barn is one of the best venues in Ohio. The owners, Kris and Dean were incredibly nice since the very beginning. They made sure that they listened to everything we had to say, took notes of all our requests and then delivered the best service the day of the wedding. Their venue is a perfect representation of modern and traditional. They best part is, it is the "one in all" kind of venue. They provide decorations, tables, chairs and so many other little things that a couple may not even think about initially. Please consider this venue for your or any weddings that you may be aware of. You will not regret this decision. In fact, it will be the best choice you can make, living in Akron, Ohio area. I highly recommend this place and would always advocate for it to friends and family members.

My husband and I got married here on 9/17/22 and this venue was everything we dreamed of and more! We originally toured the barn when it was first built and they have turned it into such a beautiful venue. The barn itself is stunning, but the added details make it even better. The pond, sunflower field, and swing outside were also a big hit with the guests and made for great photo ops for both the bridal party and guests. The owners, Kris & Dean are so kind, great with communicating, and were easy to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. We cannot recommend this venue enough!
