Great idea for Yuma - there is a definite need for place like this. Poor attempt.

Went to play with my family of four here today. (Only one other family in the park)

There were no balls in the dodgeball area - upon request we were told no. Many of the obstacles that they have do not have enough space or padding to be safe if someone were to fall - which is likely considering it’s made for crazy kids to run and jump around in. Many things were broken. Many things were worn so much they had duct tape to hold it together. There were chip crumbs all over several of the trampoline squares. Several of the trampoline were also showing signs of wearing through the fabric, almost to the point of having a hole.

I expect much more than what they have to offer when I’m paying $78 for one hour of playtime.

Show some respect for your customers and take care of this place.

It's an alright place for kids to have fun, especially on weekends. There's not many places in town for the kids besides bowling alleys. I would have given it a 5 star, but there are plenty of things that need to be addressed by staff and management. For example, plastic around the pits needs to be replaced, not having hand sanitizer throughout the park. It would help if they had staff disinfecting play areas on a regular basis.

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and the staff was awesome. Juju in particular was amazing. She helped us set up and decorate, she was super attentive the entire time, and she handled clean up at the end. The staff definitely exceeded all of our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to have a party here again.

Very disappointed. This business has gone downhill. Seven broken items (climbing items and balance items). Blocked off net/dodge ball area. Lightning off at the basketball hoop. Parents and toddlers in diapers sitting in the middle of jumping areas like it was a picnic. No employees monitoring anything or anyone.No discount on entry. Everything is worn out. Vending machine broken. Too bad.

It is a very fun place. My kids love going. My only suggestions would be to have cleaner bathrooms (they are often out of soap and paper towels and are just yucky). They also need a little more supervision. I like that the staff isn’t super strict, but sometimes kids go a little crazy and end up hurting other kids. So I would think you would have at least one staff member in the jump area walking around keeping an eye on everyone.

Prices are good. Fun for everyone. However, I will say everytime I take my child here, we end up at the doctor with a fungal infection. Each time, the doctor asks if we've taken him to a public trampoline park, we say yes. The doctor confirms the fungal infection is from the workers not cleaning the trampoline park properly. I've seen people complain on Facebook of their child also getting fungal infections from this place, so I know we aren't alone in this unfortunate reoccurring experience.

Let me just say this 5 star is based on comparison to no other parks. But I enjoy bringing my grandkids here weekly. We normally stay for an hour, they get bored and tired after an hour. The place is clean and well maintained. Lots to do other than trampolines. They have slack lines, ninja warrior type course, huge foam pit. We bought annual passes but started off with only buying an hour for 21.00 dollars for two kids

Clean, professional and airy. They have seperate areas for toddlers under 49". Checkout their facebook for promos. And remember to sign the waiver online before you go in. Jump socks were $3 for my toddler. Spacious and friendly as well.
