I will recommend Insurance Services to anyone that is seeking expert advice, timely coverage and comprehensive knowledge of the home and auto insurance industry. They returned my calls promptly (unlike another insurance company in town). Also, they were the only provider in town to help me find a creative solution to my homeowners insurance problem after when I let my previous coverage lapse with a national provider. The other insurance providers did not want to give me the time of day when they found out about my lapse. But Insurance Services believed in me and gave me a chance to prove myself worthy of being insured. Additionally, no other insurance provider I spoke with here in Norwalk completed the consumer insurance education obligation like they did. Couldn’t be happier. I’m a new home owner and had lots of questions and got quotes from about five different companies. Kari answered every question I had. She also took a look at my auto policy and saved me some more money there too. Shopping for Incurance is not fun but this company made it simpler for me to hand my money over knowing I’m covered and got a great rate. Kari is great! Kim is good too.
