I travel a lot and always prioritize seeking out hotels that offer a quiet, peaceful stay, and don't unnecessarily place other guests next to your room if there is plenty of vacant space in the hotel to stagger guests. The hotel was accommodating to my request to be on the third floor, away from other people. I ended up staying here a week and a half and would absolutely stay again if passing through the area. Everything was consistently clean and well taken care of, staff was friendly, and there is always hot water for tea and coffee available downstairs. My only complaint (minor) was that the blackout curtains do not fully extend to cover the whole window, but that was easily solved by clipping them together with one of the clothes hangers in the room which have clips on them. There is also a light detergent smell to the bedding (if you are sensitive to smells like I am) but nothing too obnoxious. Beds were notably comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed at, and the price was just right.

Just checked in and they sent us to dirty rooms. We asked for a clean room, they said none available. And is now having housekeeping clean the room, change sheets and towels. They refuse to give a discount, and refuse to let us change rooms. So I'm standing here while she cleans the room. My friends who also have a room here are experiencing the exact same thing. Put into a used dirty room. And they said there isn't anything they can do about it.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while in the area for business not too long ago. I really have no complaints. My late check in went smoothly. Heather, at the front desk was professional, pleasant and provided great customer service throughout my interactions with her. She made sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean. I did not notice any odors or bugs during my stay. The front lobby and hallways were vacuumed and neat. The price point wasn’t terrible, all things being considered. Based my experience while there, I would use this hotel again for accommodation, should the need arise.

When I arrived this is what the toilet looked like and the sheets were filthy with food particles and possibly cheese crackers stains. I went downstairs and the manager called the cleaning staff and the persons response was “Oh yeah I forgot to flush the toilet” I explained that wasn’t from flushing that was from not being cleaned. The cleaning person yelled at me that she did her job and changed the sheets. I asked for a different room and was told they’d clean it. I left for several hours and when I returned the trash in the second photo was still left behind the bathroom door. In the morning I expressed this to the morning person who explained the person I’d spoken with the day before wasn’t just the manager but was the in fact the owner! No customer service or concern for the customer exists in this place. No compensation or even apology has been given to me at this point. If I could give a zero I would.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly. We got there about 2am and were in such need of sleep , we went right to room and went to bed . When I got up at 8am I realized how disgusting our room was , the bathroom had hair all over and it looks like someone dumped shampoo down the walls , there was a dirty towel on the shelf . The beds were stained and hairy too ( but I was too tired to care and slept on the top of the sheet ) honestly, for the money , I should have just stayed somewhere else . I thought it was gross

Our heat went out in our home so in the mean time we booked a hotel to stay at and it was a mess. The room was nasty, dirty, not cleaned after the last person. not enough towels in the room, THE HEAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK! which is why we stayed at a hotel in the first place. I will say the pool is nice and the hot tub is nice. Probably the only good thing about this place.

Nice beds, went to the pool for 30-45mins come back to the toilet running so after it stopped I flushed it to see how long it took to fill back up and only took a minute and the desk guy was literally down there 5-10 mins asking if we were the ones in room 116 and I corrected him so definitely makes me think they go in your room while your not in it!! Other than that it’s a decent place!!

Positive: Pool/hot tub Negative: Room was really dirty, broken doors, found blood stains on doors/sheets. Location is in serious need of cleaning and updating. Wouldve cancelled had it been refundable
