Absolutely love this service. I used them once in December 2023 and again February 2025. It went incredible! Jack is outstanding. Anytime I have an event I am special requesting Jack to be our bartender. Everyone loved him and he served incredible drinks

We used Top Shelf events for our daughters wedding on March 16, 2024. Jacob, Nick and staff did above and beyond service making the wedding extra special for everyone. We had a champagne wall that was exquisite! They took care of the bar, the wait staff, and the clean up…they even pitched in and helped cook the food which was not part of their deal but they were more than happy to step in and they literally saved the day! They brought hot boxes for our catering, champagne flutes, Schaeffer dishes, and sternos. They were able to provide everything we needed for our offsite wedding reception. I highly recommend them for weddings, and I know I will hire them again for our next event. This is a 5 star ALL THE WAY!

We had a great evening of fun and fantastic bar tending with Top Shelf. Jack was awesome and took care of everyone’s needs all night long. He came thoroughly prepared and was a delightful gentlemen all evening. Jacob was great to work with on the pregame plan and had solid recommendations to make the event a success. During our wedding, we encountered some issues with the on-site staff not preparing the drinks according to the recipes we had provided. This was a significant concern for us as we had carefully selected these two signature drink recipes to enhance our celebration. Despite the detailed instructions, the drinks didn’t meet our expectations, which was disappointing on such an important day.

However, what truly stood out was how the owner of Top Shelf Events handled the situation. Upon hearing about our frustrations, he took immediate and thoughtful action to address the issue. He reached out to us personally, took the time to listen to our concerns, and genuinely worked to understand what had gone wrong. More importantly, he offered a generous compensation for the inconvenience we experienced, demonstrating his commitment to making things right.

While the initial experience wasn’t perfect, the owner’s response and dedication to customer satisfaction made a significant difference. It’s clear that Top Shelf Events values their clients and is willing to go the extra mile to rectify any issues that arise.
