Very nice front desk staff both pm and am. The whole place stinks. Various odors depending on where your at- but it stinks. Carpets filthy, mold in bathroom. Breakfast was too sketchy without prepackaged foods. It’s a super cheap place when you need a bed for couple hours. That’s it.

All I have to say is get your room key go to your room go to bed get up in the morning and leave other than that I would not go there. There was trash everywhere covers on the know if it was the water meter gauge or what it wasn’t the floor, but they uncovered trip over there. It was nasty. The hallway smelled like a dumpster Was mediocre with the sausage links were cold. Coffee tasted like it been there all night. It is the worst Baymont I have ever stayed in the cleanest place in the whole place was the gym snack machines were empty and they’re downstairs rooms. The windows have no locks on them at least not the one I was in.

TV was huge. I had a great room. It was quite. I don't want to give a great review because I want to keep this place to myself and keep you out and keep the price low. I plan on going back here often. Subway and little Caesars next door. Right of interest 75.

We were traveling in from out of state for a wedding in the Northwood area, and chose this hotel on the basis of it's location and their NON smoking rooms. Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening, and couldn't go elsewhere after traveling for hours to get there. The hotel lobby was unkept, but not filthy. There were very few cars in the lot, and we were assigned room 276. The smell in the room was heavy of cigarettes and urine. My husband is lucky he has no sense of smell, and was able to sleep no problem, but kept all his clothes on, out of concern for the cleanliness of the bedding. There were stains on the drapes, the baseboard all along one side of the room was removed from the wall, and just hanging off, with drywall and a hole in the wall exposed. The shower curtain was filthy with stains, and was long overdue for a cleaning. There was a white stain across the vanity in the bathroom. My brain focused on the disgusting smell and I hardly slept, despite being very tired. It was a disaster. My rental car would have been a better option for me to sleep. I requested a refund when we left early the next morning for the upcoming night, but they have refused to respond to Booking.com by phone or email.

The first room they put us in had water damage and the ceiling started pissing water… when they moved us we keep getting locked out of the building and our room. And make sure the refund your $50 deposit before you leave because it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received it…

Let me make this clear I’m not asking for a refund… I’m asking for my $50 deposit back and whoever it was I spoke to yesterday that hung up on me was the most unprofessional rude entitled person I have ever had to deal with

Positive: Nothing. Waiting for my money back. Was so bad Negative: Everything sucked. Tv didn?t work. Fridge didn?t work. Crumbs in the beds. Bad. Dogs next to us barking all night

I would avoid this hotel if you can help it. Really it's only saving grace, for the night I stayed, was the man working the front desk. He was very nice and helpful. However, the room was crap to say the least. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. The TV didn't work and there was no remote (this is where the helpfulness came in). The man at the front desk upgraded us to a "suite" for no extra charge. It's a "suite" because there's a cubby that looks like a closet with the door removed just big enough for a small sleeper sofa and a small table and 2 chairs (which would need to be removes to be able to use the sofa). The beds weren't comfortable and in the morning my girlfriend found what she thought was a bed bug on her pillow. They have no smoking signs posted at the desk that cover cigarettes, vaping and marijuana.... ya, no one pays attention to those rules.
Please, save yourselves the trouble and just don't bother with this place.

Made reservation for king jacuzzi room which they told me when I arrived that it was not available and I'd get a 2 double bed jacuzzi room for the same price. Also had to make a $50 deposit for some reason, which they preferred cash but I was able to use debit card. The room was in rough shape, i had to fix the lamp on the night stand and plug it in. The fridge was completely unplugged, and there was no lighting in the jacuzzi room other than a table lamp which was plugged in around the door way where the fridge, TV, clock and something else was plugged into. The bathroom only had one bath towel, so my wife and I had to share
.. Certainly didn't expect much when I reserved the room, and it did not exceed those expectations... Will not be back if returning to Toledo area.
