The hotel experience was excellent, everything we needed was in this hotel and the location was a plus. There are so many different things too do, we had a great time staying at the Hilton!. The valet staff deserve an honorable mention as well! Jynx and Tariq specifically were very helpful!, Jynx directed us to a lovely coffee shop that the whole family enjoyed!. We also needed assistance with our bags as we have a few little ones and Tariq offered too help before we even asked!. Overall a wonderfull experience!.

Good hotel. I’ve stayed multiple times. The restaurant has changed over the years but it’s still delicious. The front desk is short in the evenings. The valet is great. Tariq in particular was courteous and kind. Very responsive. He hustled hard and took care of my vehicle.

Great hospitality. Always have great manures. TARIQ AND JACOB and Nicolas and Casey are always amazing. They always seem to have a great attitude and a wanting to be working at the Hilton. Makes it coming every week enjoyable. Hotel is always very clean also.

Just spent weekend there for hockey tournament. Amazing service. Room was perfect. Friendly service. The gentleman working the 3rd floor breakfast room was incredible. Parking in garage is $15 per day or you can valet for more.

I got wonderful service from the valets during my stay and with Homewood suites. Jynx and Tariq were very polite and took wonderful care of my vehicle even offering to help carry my bags to the front. They have the most amazing service! Hopefully those two will be helping during my next trip.

I would recommend this hotel for business purposes. They do not have a swimming pool an you pay for parking they have a lady working valet she greeted me with the biggest smile. Porsha made my day. I also loved the breakfast area the lady there was also great thanks again

Great hotel and great service. I was in Toledo for a tradeshow and the staff was lovely. I appreciated the attentiveness of the valet staff, especially Tariq and Jynx. The hotel itself was very clean and in a perfect location with the connection to the convention center.
