Good place to stay nice employees think they actually own it. But yeah great place super cheap I always come here only one I really trust been to almost all hotels in the area. Wish they still had monthly and weekly but I get it place is cheap so they booked. Yup love it will be back again and again. Thanks and God bless!!

Good place to stay. Stores nearby. Beds are ok wish they were more comfortable. Clean rooms and bed sheets. And for reviewers saying prices are high. They seem to forget that all business are tied to a economy, inflation is at all time high. So I looked and they do have the cheapest prices compared to others.

I was expecting the worst when I called this place last-minute and found a room at a bargain-basement rate. But I was also desperate, so I reserved it. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Express Motel was clean, quiet and well-kept. Outstanding value for the price. ||||It's nothing fancy .... just your basic motel tucked away in a working-class neighborhood a few blocks off I-280. The bathrooms were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent selection on the TV. Friendly staff. Parking is right at the door, so it's easy access to the room. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby (including Don's Donuts). You'll find a large, quiet pond directly behind the motel, a nice change of pace for the area.||||My only snag was a bit of difficulty finding the motel late at night. It could use some better signage. Overall, though, the Express is a great value.

For the price and service this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Cute nice rooms that are much nicer looking than the outside would have you believe. Excellent front desk manager who showed us our room and made sure we were satisfied with it while tweaking and making sure everything was satisfactory before leaving us. I’ve never stayed in a nicer motel

Fast friendly service so easy just needed to take a quick shower and relax while on the road and passing through. The check in and out was the easiest I've ever encountered thank you a million I was able to save money and time. Will definitely use this on a more regular basis

Having a 2 month assignment in Toledo led me to research reviews of a decent motel to rest at, I found this motel to be the perfect spot to stay, so I made my reservation. Although this is no Ritz-Carlton, it is the next best thing especially if one is on a budget. Advantages of this motel is the structure itself which is all brick even between walls in the rooms, and I never heard anyone the whole time I was here. In fact, the last day before I left, I found my neighbor listens to heavy metal which is cranked and never heard it as he was here as long as I was. Some motels thought it was a cost-effective solution to bolt the bed frames to the adjoining room bed frame, but not here as it bolts to the wall itself so one doesn't have to "sleep" with their neighbors rolling around in bed at night.

Additionally, this place is one story which allows one to park their car just feet from the their door. I would classify this as a working man's home away from home motel. The owners are very nice and will come out and socialize with their tenants instead of just hiding behind the glass partition in the lobby. The room I stayed in had a mini-fridge and microwave which made it more homey. There is even a pond behind the motel to get in touch with nature with if one chooses to do. The only nuisance (if you could it that, I don't) is sometimes one may have to wait while the Canadian geese cross the road to the pond. If I am ever in Toledo again, I will be booking my room here.
