See if you can get a call back when you leave a message with Shannon Anderson. You might get a email response, but who checks their email every day. Had to call back at least five times to get my insurance cancelled. I guess return phone calls are just not her thing. It gets even better. After I wrote my initial review I received two additional emails from Emma to sign cancelling my insurance. I had already signed the documents over a week ago. So what happened to the documents I had already signed? Are you kidding me? What a mess.

OHIO PLAN
In February Catawba Island Township knew we were going to have a very spirited meeting with a segment of our volunteers. We ask the Vice President of Risk Management, Travis Thompson to join us. It was like he swooped out of the clouds like Superman and informed the Township and the volunteers of the risks that we face. The information that he shared educated the room and we moved forward civilly. This is not the first time Ohio Plan has helped us communicate. As a 30-year-plus customer, we value our relationship with Hylant and Ohio Plan.
We also value our Hylant team members, Jason, Laurie, and Travis. They are simply the best in their insurance profession.

Trustworthy company? My parked car was hit by one of their customers buses and three days later my car is still sitting in same spot. One person says everything is good and another person says their account is in question. One of their agents from a 407 area code says to file claim with my own insurance company stating it would be faster. He stated they would reimburse the deductible. Well, no grounds to trust that!

Don't want to be caught up in something like this of for a situation for your company to have to deal with, look somewhere else!
