Very positive experience at Tri Motors of Oak Harbor selecting and purchasing a vehicle. All questions answered and everything explaine. Very friendly atmosphere, low pressure salesmanship. Highly recommended.

Went to test drive a used vehicle there, today and when offered a test drive, the brakes were SHOT. Rotors wore down terribly. Wasn't even safe to take off the lot...
The Salesman (Bob?) Was indifferent to that fact, claiming "well, that's what you get for this price". No, Bob. The dealership should make sure it's safe to take off the lot for a test drive. Full stop.
After I refused to drive it, he was basically done dealing with me. He walked away and got into a conversation with another employee and disregarded me entirely. Didn't even ask if they're was anything else they could help us with. So we left. After a 45 minute drive to look at a used vehicle, that we couldn't even take off the lot(safely) and being blown off, I genuinely wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Tri motors of Oak Harbor Is excellent place to go. They are very knowledgeable and explain anything that may come up. They then take care of it. My Family has been going here since 1936!

I bought a truck from them remotely because I couldn't find what I wanted locally. They made the transaction easy and gave me confidence that I could trust them with making a long-distance transaction. If I lived closer, they would have all of my business.

Please be careful taking your vehicle to try motors. They have problems in their service department. Currently if you have a vehicle that is down please be advised that your vehicle will be down for a long period of time. and they provide very minimal communication

I am very grateful to the staff and owner of Tri Motors. They are always willing to help even when maybe their own day might not be going well.
Possibly I pay a little more for a vehicle but the friendliness and attention they give for years after the sale is top shelf.

Very good sales/service experience at Tri motors. Would highly recommend Dave and his staff for all vehicle and service needs. Wonderful experience purchasing and taking delivery of my truck. Bought many vehicles over the years and have never been disappointed with this dealer.
