I scheduled an appointment with them to fill up a brand new mini split I installed and check to make sure it’s working.Nobody bothered to show up and I had to pay someone to be at the house to wait for them.Not a phone call nothing.I get back from vacation a week later and go to their office.Apparently the person that schedule the appointments wasn’t there.3 Days later I finally get a call from them stating that now they don’t work on Diy mini splits.You would think they would’ve mentioned this before scheduling an appointment.It’s not like you can find someone during the winter,because now everyone is busy.

Had a substantial leak in the line from our well that feeds our irrigation system. Waited 3+ weeks for another contractor to order special fittings to repair. Rescheduled repair without a call. Cancelled them and contacted Ohler & Holzhauer today. Leak was repaired in less than 2 hours today with no special fittings. Thanks Ohler & Holzhauer .

I won't use this firm again. We had them do $16,000 worth of work on installing the plumbing on a new modular installation. In the process there was a water leak that caused damage to our new home. They attributed all of the issues to the OEM Modular manufacturer and didn't take any responsibility themselves. We were only asking for them to cover the cost of extracting the water and repairing the drywall, and baseboard not to exceed $1500. They weren't willing to take any responsibility. Apparently the margin on this job was worth more than taking care of the customer.....

Woke up this morning to a broken water line under the house. Called the plumber and was told they wouldn't have time to get to us today. So my husband tried to fix it himself. After a few hours, he realized it wasn't something he could fix and we called back to schedule a time for the plumber to come.

They were here within 45 minutes! After a long day, and presumably finishing earlier than anticipated, they took the time to fit us in. That, my friends, is customer service!

Ohler & Holzhauer Inc. employees were incredible! Not only did they fix my pipe (in 30 minutes) they also swapped out my tank because it was going bad (I knew that sound wasn't normal!) and were here and gone in under 2 hours!

You guys have found a lifelong customer!

It's been almost a year now since the storm last Christmas wrecked our boiler heating system. The job presented multiple challenges, and the folks from Ohler and Holzhauer handled it all with skill and professionalism at every stage of the process. The heating system works great now, and we are grateful for their work.

We called and explained we had a pipe leaking due to a clogged bathtub drain. They said they’d send someone out. They sent two guys to fix the job. Once I explained the issue to them, they stated that they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t handle drainage issues. They referred me to another company and said they they would get out of there before we got a service charge. Come to find out they billed us $84 to give us someone else’s number. When I called to explain, the lady in accounting said she would talk to Dave and get back to me. Never heard back, but just received a new invoice that says our payment is late. We won’t be paying the invoice or using them again. I’d recommend you go somewhere else also. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
