If it was possible to leave less than one star I would.
Owner shows up 3 hours late on my wedding day. Scheduled based on contract to show up at 8am. He showed up at 10:50
His wife after an hour of calling and messaging answers and says she forgot to schedule the delivery because it was a Wednesday.
My sister in law asked for a discount for the inconvenience or even help with set up and year down and Poly was very rude and not helpful at all.
He said too bad and was upset with us because he said it cost him 75 dollars in gas to deliver the chairs and tables. Mind you it was 15 miles.
Anyway terrible service And very rude people.
Horrible experience on wedding day.
