The ride over to Put in bay and back was very smooth.

There was plenty of seating inside and out of the boat.

The service was good and courteous, but we need to talk about the price. I would do this a lot more often if they would lower the prices a little bit, but I have to say it was worth it.

The boat docks on thr side of the island where most of the restaurants and shopping are. So there’s no need to take the shuttle bus from the other side of the island to get to the downtown area.

A great service to the islands of Lake Erie. I have used the Sandusky and Port Clinton ports over the years and both ran smoothly. The only thing that could be better is the taming of rowdy folks under the influence. Smooth ride for younger passengers. The boats with 3 levels are the way to go.

Fun and relaxing way to get to the islands. Almost had to drag my son onto the boat but once he saw what it was like, had to drag him off. Very easy and calming experience.

Nice experience. We enjoyed the boat ride. You can choose to sit on the upper or lower deck. We rode right beside the captain. It's a breezy ride. At night be prepared for a chilly ride or dress for the occasion.

Great experience. The ticket sellers were friendly and efficient. The buildimg was nice and well kept. It was great to have the Musician there to keep us entertained while we waited for our boat ride. The crew were very friendly and helpful when boarding and unloading. The ride over to the island was the perfect speed. Very relaxing and scenic. Riding back at sunset was something great to witness. Since we don't own a boat, this was such an awesome way for my Family to experience the fun of Put-in-Bay, and not have the worry of anything else. Top notch all the way around

Very quick ride, regardless of the weather, take a sweatshirt or long sleeve for the ride back if you're going to sit in the open areas. Great experience to get to put-in-bay.

Wedding Review!: We held our wedding on the Jet Express in September, and it was the best decision we could have made. While this is obviously not a typical wedding venue, it was so unique that we were willing to throw caution to the wind and do something very non-traditional. We expected with that there would be many hurdles, and that was NOT the case at all. It was the best day ever, and that is in large part to the whole Jet Express staff that was so attentive and helpful throughout the process through to day-of. Our family and friends continue to talk about our wedding being the most unique and fun wedding they have ever attended! We just wish we could do it all over again (and again, and again)! Thank you to Chase and the whole Jet Express team for all of your hard work and great attitudes!

I got to say I've only been on a few boats this size but this was by far my favorite it was a wonderful ride it was a bit expensive but we all enjoyed it very much.
