If I could give zero stars I would. The lady their is completely rude and unprofessional. She doesn't care about her customers :/ and I think she's super judgemental as well when it comes to what a person looks like. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a bad day, a Friday that started out like a Monday. I took Uber in the morning to work and I couldn't get one home from Port Clinton. I talk to Brenda on the phone and she was made sure I understood the price and made sure that I had a ride home. I rode with Stan who is a caring and nice guy. He arrived to pick me up fast and is a good driver. Both are great people, and worked with me when they're was a lot of hiccups and confusion with pickup and overall logistics. I'm sure I was a very frustrating customer/rider to have, but they they worked with me and they are more considerate and are efficient with providing service beyond what is expected . So I highly recommend.

Also as a side note, payment is placed before the trip and cash is preferred. If you're paying with card let them know ahead of time, so dispatch can process the card and the driver is informed.

Had a great experience with them this week. Called a week in advance to set up a late night pick up at Amtrak for my elderly father. The owner, Brenda was very helpful and Brad did a terrific job in picking him up and getting him home. Payment on Venmo was simple and pick up was prompt and painless. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Very glad to see that they are expanding their services to neighboring communities. Thanks!

Worst cab service ever!!! We called 40 mins ago telling them we'll be getting off the ferry. They said 20-30 mins still waiting!!! Use someone else

We utilized All Star for our wedding transportation at the referral of a friend. Brenda and Emily did exactly as they said they would and transported all our guests safely to their destination. They were punctual and personable! I definitely recommend utilizing them for your transportation needs!

Do not have proper staff. Waited two hours for a 15 min ride. I actually had headphones on meaning that I just want to pay you for the ride and no life stories. Always seemed to be in some hurry when I was a paying customer. Didn't know what price to charge. This company wouldn't last two hours in Queens, NY or Oceanside CA. All my fault though. Should have called Uber first.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
